I LOVE planet fitness! Especially this location! ! The staff is super friendly and always so helpful! The equipment is always clean and never broken like other locations.

Make sure they explain the requirements for the PF/Black card. They make you buy extras after you open the account. Customer service at 7am is very poor. They need to be more transparent and explain their services/required add-ons to their customers. Very disappointing.

This gym is nice for what it is and open on most holidays where we end up when the one in Fenton is closed. We also go to Fenton Fitness which is really nice but their hours sometimes don’t work. However today at the Grand Blanc Planet Fitness we were asked 3 times by some curly headed young employee not to drop weights or just lift lighter weight. We were not dropping weights first off. The alarm also did not go off. My boyfriend let them go probably an inch from the floor!!!! How is someone suppose to get any type of workout by lifting lighter than they need to? How is someone suppose to max out? Just a waste of time other wise to even do it. Btw we compete so we just get in and get out. A judgment free zone that judges those who actually put in effort?!?!?!? Give me a break! Just encourage people to not give their all some more why don't ya. When you have people sitting on their phone on a machine while others are waiting to use it. We don’t not have this problem at the Fenton location. We won’t be back to Grand Blanc. He even told us to have a nice day since we just decided to leave lol um dude we didn’t even finish our workout! Teach your employees what dropping a weight really is if you want to enforce such silly judgments.

Awesome atmosphere. Empolyees treat you like a friend, and other guests are generally courteous and "judgement free". Very busy on week nights, but not nearly as busy on weekend nights. Establishment is clean, and well maintained.

Everything is nice and new but I worry it won't stay this way. The bathroom was really dirty. I think they would do well to have to staff go in and wipe down occasionally. Maybe appropriate for the price I just think that maybe this place will go downhill fast.

Super crowded and small location! The trainer didn’t make the classes fun! Felt a little judgmental and she did not help correct form! She didn’t do the workout with us she just stared at her watch and adjusted her clothing the whole time! Was not a fan of her at all! Super friendly staff at the counter tho! Love other surrounding locations but will not return here!

I like this planet fitness. The staff are nice here and there is usually enough parking. It's getting to be a little packed right now bc it's January and all the resolutions but not usually too bad. If you're thinking of signing up and want the free t shirt, you won't get it here. Maybe try to sign up at another location if you want it.
