Not terribly impressed. Staff didn't know how to process an insurance membership. I was a flagship member for this particular location. Members horrible about wiping down equipment they use. I was hoping for better to rejoin.

First of all I love all of the staff, very clean.....but I asked if I could use one machine in p30, no one in the room, only 5 people in the whole place and was told it's only for people doing p30. Ok I understand if someone is in there but if no one is, then why not? Even a worker asked a manager. Just doesn't make sense. On another note I love the new crowd meter, glad you opened back up!!!

The place is super clean and Tiffany at the desk helped me with my concerns about my account and I was amazed at her compassion and patience with helping me. The staff is always wiping down and makes it feel comfortable to work out there. Thank you Tiffany for your great customer service 👍 …

At first dissatisfied for charging my card during a pandemic. However place is clean bright staff helpful. New owners from my understanding. Needs to newer equipment some areas but other than that. Its a pleasant place to get back 🔙 n shape for the summer …

I just want to reiterate my five-star rating for this place. Opening up after a forced pandemic shutdown is tough, I'm sure. But the staff at this location have done a fantastic job making sure everything is clean, sanitized, and safe for everyone. I really appreciate staff members walking up to people who are not respecting the mask policy and asking them to wear a mask properly. I cannot thank you enough. Because of your efforts I find it much easier to leave the house to get a good workout. Five stars.

Let me start with the manager Everett. This guy is amazing. He leads by example. He works just as hard or if not harder than any one of his employees. He continuously ensures that the facility is absolutely clean. As for personality he is a very friendly and a genuinely. The trainer, Kara , is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and thoroughly enjoys helping others succeed. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful people who actually appear to be enjoying their jobs.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.This has to be the cleanest Planet Fitness I have ever been into. I went to get a spray bottle and the lid wasn't on all the way. I accidentally spilled it all over my leg and on the floor. I cleaned up the mess the best I could. I got the attention of a member and they were super chill about it and got the rest of it cleaned up. Everyone was wearing masks, so I that was super cool. Most places don't enforce it, but it was nice to see people being safe and practicing social distancing. Overall, great place and awesome staff members!

I've been coming here for almost a year and i will never stop. I'm always greeted with joy , no matter what time of the day I go. Very clean club and would recommend it to everyone!!!!

Hand air dryers just blow bacteria, viruses, and germs around. Should switch to paper towels for the safety of members.Also stop making people sign in from non home clubs. It's useless and annoying. Make all PF members feel welcome.

I’ve been going since June and I can’t get enough! The entire staff is super friendly and are glad to assist you with anything you might need. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to better their life!
