Staff was super nice, it was busy but probably because the Burton location has been closed. There was a man apparently sleeping in the hydro beds but overall it was OK. The staff went a long way.

I really wish the gym would not play the awful music so loud. It really detracts from the gym experience. I go to workout to relax and decompress but every time I walk out of here I am stressed with a crushing migraine from the loud obnoxious music that is blasted thru the speakers. There is just no reason to have the music on in the gym. If people want to listen to music they can choose to bring an iPod and headphones. You can't even make out the music or the lyrics with all the other noises in the gym. It just ends up sounding like a loud obnoxious drone. I don't imagine I am the only member that feels this way. I went to the gym last night and somehow the music was off and it was so nice to work out in peace. Please turn the 🎵 c off and keep it off!

Club was nice, but you need to teach your employees that there is a bin for recyclables in the lobby. I asked the front desk person if you had a recycle bin. He looked around and said "no."

Love the gym and love tanning every time I work out! Love the trainer, Matt, he was so great to help me learn all the equipment and how to use each one correctly!

Nice facility, it's actually my new home gym. Its still a little crowded right now from the new year's resolution but the gym never feels like it's crowded. The bathrooms are always clean. Beautiful location and the staff are always sweet. I will add that 1 of the morning girls has her boyfriend behind the counter it's a little off putting

Jan 24, 2002 there was water dripping on me from the ceiling while I was on the stairs.Last week there were bugs in the men's room.Some days this location feels more like a frat house than a gym as its seemingly overpopulated with people not actually there to work out.Very happy this is not my main location.

Much smaller than the planet fitness's that I am used to and I LOVED it. First one I've been to with a row machine, feels like a much nicer facility. I'm tempted to drive an hour just to go!

I did not visit this facility but I received helped over the phone and the service was amazing! Emily was so polite and very resourceful. She helped the front desk person over the phone from another PF gym I was at. You guys have an Allstar on your team! We need more workers like Emily! Whatever award you have, she deserves it ☺️

Out dated equipment compared to other locations. Staff was less than useless when it came to the dumb gym bros acting like animals, not only did she not stop them she encouraged it. If the other locations weren't so lazy, taking away the 24/7 access I signed up for, I'd never go to this gym again.

On several occasions I would go in for a workout and tanning. Regardless of the times, the tanning would be booked within an hour and a half of my workout times. Therefore tanning was out of the question. Today I went in to see the availability. If tanning was available, I’d either tan then workout or vice versa. Nope! Totally booked. So I tried to sign up for a later tan time and work out later. Nope, not an option. I was told no by a young lady, then upon my inquiring about my options a man stepped in to see if he could help. He also said nope not possible, unfortunately it is what it is! As I turned to walk away another young lady who also works there suggested I “just sign up for later, like everyone else”. I exclaimed that I was denied that option. Therefore a customer of 6 years decided to cancel her membership. Which they did, no questions asked. I have always enjoyed going here. When I heard they were opening this location I was happy and I transferred from the Burton location.
