Ive been a member here since Jan 2021. So like everywhere this place has been hit by covid. My biggest frustation is not that the gym isn't open 24/7 any more due to staffing issues. Its that they don't communicate this. I don't like showing up at 4 am to see a sign posted that they now open at 6:30am. Whats the point of having an app and my email if you don't use it? I'm also giving this 1 star as well because you can't cancel or change your contract via the app. And conviently trying to log into the website doesn't work to do all this because my credentials are invalid. Im staring at my contract and logging into my app with the same credentials.

Excellent facility, not too crowded after 6pm so, getting in good workouts is easier. Very clean! Only thing I would say is this location needs more pull up machines.

No commitment, right? Wrong!You're not allowed to pay cash. You must provide routing information to a bank account and there is a recurring monthly payment. On top of that, there is a $39 yearly fee.If you want to opt out of this so-called non-contract, you must do so at least 7 days prior to the date your money is due to be taken from your bank account.Have I just described a commitment?Yes. Yes, i have.So, armed with this information, go forth.

This place has gone downhill ever since Liz has left. The employees are more worried about their cell phones than they are the customers who are walking in and out. I went this morning at 9am and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Half of the paper towel dispensers were empty yet the employees working had plenty of time to check their cell phones.

Great place to work out in the morning. All of the staff members are professional and courteous and helpful. Every person that I see in the morning working out is social distancing and wearing their masks. Glad to see people are doing the right thing to keep this business open.

The gym is always clean, the staff are constantly making sure the sanitizing stations are stocked, the weights and equipment are racked properly and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. The manager, Keith, makes sure everything is running well, makes an effort to get to know members personally and works hard to provide a friendly and healthy workout environment.

Today was my first time going and it was such a good experience,I already had to write a review!! My mom and I went in, and a lovely happy girl showed us around. I’m a bit of a germophobe so the cleanliness of the place really sealed the deal for me!!
