Loved the instructor and her energy! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful! The ice cold towels are amazing after the class. They do have earplugs, so if you have sensitive ears, it’s a good idea to take them up on the offer!

I drove by True North over 100 times before I made the time to pull in and check it out. Melissa took time after instructing her class to show me the Studio. They have a Barre/Strength studio to the left and a cycling studio with really nice stages bikes. I came back and did a class with Heather and really enjoyed it. Every little detail is well thought out I got a good sweat out of it. I look forward to going back.

Love love love this place!! All the instructors are super nice high energy and encouraging without being overwhelming. They get to know you as an individual and welcome you with open arms. Whether you are a beginner rider or advanced they welcome you! It really is such a fun place!!The play unedited music (yasssss) so if you’re bothered by explicit language/music this won’t be the place for you. The music is loud, so if you are sensitive to volume they have ear plugs at the front desk when you first walk in. I leave every workout feeling pumped and just like I can take on anything!!

Edit: This class gave me PERMENANT tinnitus. Please, I'm begging you, make this more clear to people coming in through class pass or any other service. And Please please make the ear plugs more obvious.I have to live with this the rest of my life, please don't do this to other people.Original, year-old review:I took a class here a little over a month ago, and i still have ear ringing today.I hate to sound like a lame old lady (I'm 25 lol) but to true north, please consider bumping down the music, or making it clearer how loud the music will be to new patrons.I know i'm just one person, but I'd hate to have someone else go through this. The workout is great, the people are great, just be weary of everything I said above!
