I’m so glad I found True North. I was looking for barre classes & I was surprised to find that I love the spin classes too! All the instructors (barre & spin) are wonderful! It’s always a great workout with a group of positive people!

I've been working out here for almost 2 years now and I still love it! It never gets boring and the instructors and owner are always looking for ways to keep things fresh and new. I never thought I would love spin, let alone even be able to do it, but it is so much better than I expected.

I am absolutely grateful for TrueNorth Cycle and Barre Studio! I drive once a week from Pollock Pines to attend the 5:30am cycling class. I love the positive vibe, encouraging instructors, knowledges instructors, and most importantly the lovely kindness of all the staff. Thank you to each and everyone of you! This is the best spin studio I’ve ever been to! I love the people that work there, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I drive from Elk Grove and don’t know many people and every time I go I leave feeling so good and wanting to come back.The place is beautiful, the bikes are amaze, and I love that after they give you a cold lemon towel. It’s the little things that make a huge difference! Lol.My fave instructor is Meghan. I love her music and the workout. It’s always a great variety. Highly recommend this place for a good workout! They also have the coolest workout stuff they sell!

Fun workout (I'm not kidding!) and it really makes you sweat. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. I wish I lived in the area so I could attend regularly.
