dirty, dingy, people there have no gym etiquette and half the machines are broken and the layout is terrible. left early cause it was just so bad.

The horrible humiliation manager Sarah subjected me to was by far unprofessional & barely civil. If questioned, the 20+ surrounding club members who witnessed the verbal degrading capped with threats of calling the police would agree that, with my calm obliging compliant manner which resulted in resolution revealing she herself was negligent in her duties, this could be viewed as racially inspired or stereotypical profiling at best. What makes her top of loser 2022 list is that upon entry I instinctively went directly to her attempting to do the exact very same thing she publicly trashed me for trying to avoid doing opting to make jokes "slick talking" me as if I'm a bother, and not do the most relative & easiest part of the job requirements and essential task for any employee... I'll just say this. Don't be black in a wheelchair & new to "HER" gym or you just might get treated like an animal for absolutely no reason other reason at all

I usually go to Redlands, SB, Or Rialto. Wanted to give this one a try. All equipment is old and dirty, and the layout is trash

I gave this gym three stars because there was only one glute machine (glute master) which if you are 5'3" (or shorter) the smallest setting isn't quite small enough so you get a shoulder/chest/ab/quad/hamstring workout instead of glutes. If this gym had a standing glute kickback machine I'd give it 5 stars. But the fact that I couldn't finish my workout cause there wasn't any isolated glute machine is lame.

It’s been a month since I visited this particular gym and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since, massive amounts of dust, equipment looks like it’s been outside. Didn’t see anyone cleaning and I was there for an hour and a half
