Idk bout other 24hr fitness centers but I just caught these people in their own lie all bout that greed all bout money basically looking for a deal have a history with them they tell me that these deals can change anytime to something good or way pricier then the manager says the same thing and then tells me a little while later that this is still their black friday deal hmmmmmm think about it they really want that 💰 so I was just lied too to fill their quota and I'm window shopping sure makes the decision much easier

Has 1 cycling bike. I find it very annoying that members sit on machines and then go on their phones. No courtesy for the rest of the members that actually go there to work out. Its even more annoying when they go with a buddy and the buddy squats on the machine just to hold it for their friend. So they hog 2 machines at once. This location is small.

Hello, 24 Hour Fitness,I am contacting you about some of the issues I have been experiencing at the 24 Hour Fitness clubs throughout the San Bernardino County during my workouts. I have been being hassled almost every visit during my workouts by a particular "caucasian/white male" staff member who does not seem to understand the predicament that I am in with my ongoing health issues. He seems to not like it when I rest with my eyes closed at the club location in Redlands and I have had to express to him the seriousness of me not being able to due to my recurring health issues by showing him all of the medications which I carry around with me everywhere. He has threatened me multiple times by saying that he will call security to kick me out of the club and have me removed from the building because as I was resting I closed my eyes due to me wearing glasses and having prediabetes and having had to strain them continuously during the workout sessions. This particular 24 Hour Fitness club staff member who I do not know the name has accused me of sleeping in the gym and perhaps I have nodded off while resting but I was simply exhausted due to my having prediabetes, bronchitis/asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, compromised immune system and heart, and respiratory issues. I am going to assume this is not the type of reputation a 24 Hour Fitness wishes to have. Most recently he even entered the women's locker room to forcefully remove me and verbally assault me with threats. It has almost gotten to the point where I just stay in the locker room and swimming area the whole time I am there and do only water aerobics because I am worried about having to run into him. Please remember to teach your club members and staff to not judge any one and to treat everyone with respect because they could cause irreparable damage to not only the 24 Hour Fitness image but also cause medical harm to the club members inadvertently.

Worst Customer service. Everyday you go but you can't unlock your locker and you have to call someone and they will not listen. Today I came too tired over there but my locker was not opening. I tried a lot but failed. Than I contacted one girl at 7.30 but she said all the guys are on lunch so when they will come and open it. I said that means I have to wait for 45 minutes but she said I didn't care and you can go. They spoil their locks so you buy their own. The girl on duty at 7.47 is the worst case of customer service. No smile but red eyes for customer.

They always cancel their classes, bad instructors, the only 2 good instructors for body pump class and Cycling class they are not there anymore. Dirty bathrooms, 24 hours is getting a lot worst then was before. Will probably cancel my membership and go to a cross fit. If I was able would give 0 star.

I went in because I signed up for the 3 day pass mind you it's been years since I had membership with 24 hour so I wanted to make sure I wanted to be back before I cancel my other membership from pf.The girl at the front desk told me I could not do the 3 day because I've been to this location before . Policy says within 6 months!??!?!?Front desk was rude she asked if I been to this club before I said it's been a few years and she replied "so you have been here?" Cleary I know she's asking about the membership not how long i been working out silly girl. So she turned down my 3 day pass and started offering me to buy membership. Come on 24 hour fitness I know how you guys work you guys even make it hard to cancel a membership lol.

Has this place cleaned up their act yet? I joined shortly after the first round of the pandemic when they still had some machines in parking lot. The gym was a mess indoors, couldn’t find any weights , and everything was just unorganized and unkept. I wish corporate would do something about this place because it’s the worst quality 24hourfitness in this area. I ended up just going to others even if it was more of a drive away.

Staff very nice and helpful. Club nice and clean. However I couldn't get in the steam or sauna because everyone came straight from the streets and the workout areas with their nasty dirty shoes. That is nasty and toxic. Bad for your health. Other than that great visit

5 years ago it was rated good equipment I think they can afford to update treadmills they do not incline always broken. No hip thrust equipment membership fees gone up and equipment is out dated now. Restrooms have been filthy dirty everyday for a week straight seems like no one is maintaining them ugh

I like 24hr for the simple fact that the majority of people who go are pretty much minding their business and doing them, and not focused on you or what you're doing. It's spacious, lots of machines, has the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. I just wish they had the sauna and steam room open longer or earlier (last i went they closed it at 11pm and didn't open back up til 5am). Some of us are nocturnal, prefer to go late at night when there is less to minimal people, and generally avoid daytime gym going bc of crowds and the type of crowd it gets sometimes. I also wish they opened the classrooms at night bc I like to do my stretching and yoga stuff in there bc of the mirror wall to correct my posture and poses. I can't really do that in the main room. It's weird and kinda uncomfortable sometimes if there is a lot of people there and the mirrors on the wall are only in specific areas. I also bought the year membership as opposed to doing it monthly. It's cheaper and less of something to worry about. Overall, I dig it.
