24 Hour Fitness

I been coming here over two years . I like the customer service friendly I like that I can work out and clean place music is always pleasant to hear. Today I have a section with one of the trainers love it . Her name is Claudia she was good knowing her knowledge of the equipment to use also very awareness of my needs . Definitely I do recommended her. I will she will be trainer

Tried working out and was told that my membership does not cover supersport locations. However, the girl upfront was very nice, and she was going to let me use the gym this once.Some staff guy came over, though, and said I should get my credit card just in case. He was extremely pushy and inconsiderate. I ended up leaving and going to another location.Hard pass based on poor attitude from the gym staff( not the girl)

Gym staff do a great job keeping the place clean and sanitize. Not crowded,plenty of equipment available. Only negative is some people don't wear their face masks once in the gym.

Price is too high and they don't offer complimentary towels anymore, and what really gets me mad is that there's ALWAYS something out of service or broken and they take FOREVER to fix it, at least 2 months.I updated to 2 stars because employees here are really nice, the problem might be a bad management.

This gym is outdated. Let me start off with what’s wrong with this gym in today’s day and age.24HR Fitness was one of the top gyms in the IE, if anything it was THE TOP gym at some point. Unfortunately, the pricing ($30-$60/month), poor staffing that needs to stay professional and NOT worry so much on making you feel conflicted on getting a deal that “won’t last long!”, and EXTREMELY outdated equipment and interior decor.There are MANY competitive gyms that will have you only paying $10-$20 and they’re brand-new, constantly changing the decor as years go by, friendly staff that are there to welcome you and see you off (no haggling for a membership or upgrading!)If we’re being honest, the only thing 24 Hour fitness has going for itself at this point is the fact that it’s literally opened 24 hours 7 days/week. And the fact that it’s located near neighborhoods that will most likely make anyone conflicted to join any other gym that is even an extra mile away.Before signing up for this gym, I would ultimately recommend using up their pathetic 3 day free pass, and enjoy 7 day passes at other gyms as well and see what best suits you. Many gyms are already better than 24 hour fitness, don’t be afraid to try other gyms before wasting more money than you need to. Think smart and save!

They lack bathroom maintenance and repairs, the machines in this gym seem to be broken forever before getting fixed even though they take every penny they can from you. The membership price keeps going up and they don't warn you when it will happen and for the price of it you're better off going to LA Fitness. The equipment is alright but this is one of the worst gyms I've been to.

Been attending this gym since it opened. I've been less and less satisfied overtime with the experience. Barely any staff greets you and they say "have a great day" when you're out the door, at your back, rather than to you, huge difference here. Towels started off complimentary last year, then went to 4 dollars, and then doubled shortly after. Literally no one is going to spend nearly 10 bucks on a sweat towel, c'mon now. Male restrooms can be unsanitary and are not frequently maintained, which should be the case as this gym is packed. Cable machines are faulty that you cant get a proper pec workout without putting more effort on the other arm. Recently, got charged with an annual fee that I'm just becoming familiar with and questioned it with a guy over the phone. Their response was that it was a one time fee per year and i wont have to worry about it for the rest of the year, and apologized but went no further in explaining. Didn't even get an email notification. Swell...

Good luck finding a pair of dumbbells! They are always scattered and overall gym is messy.

I really like this gym. It's well appointed and seems to handle the traffic well.

They dont offer complimentary towels anymore, cheating out on the customers. Weak sauce. And Also can you guys have extra Racket balls for your customers.
