Horrible management all around. Staff NEVER cleans up the facility. All staff members stand around the front desk and socialize while folding towels. Managers need to be professionally trained.

There's a post on facebook about the children's daycare, in which a little boy was beaten by another boy, and no one noticed until 8 mins later. Staff then LIED about what happened to the mom, until she received the security tape. It seems like the other poor reviews also touch on the incapability of staff.

Bad experience. Starting with sales manager Juan, pushy on signing up also My 7 day free trial instantly questioned due to my address. Etc... Then after I tried explaining I would like to sign up but I needed to try it first he said “well your in here for a reason” , Juan was cool at first but then not so much afterwards my buddy was waiting for me to get my pass to work out. 1 minute after I left gave me a courtesy email with a pass .. lol.. to late now bud. Gotta work that A game right away. Two other co worker guys seemed to be enjoying the situation as well, they all need an Ego check and upper management hopefully looks into this situations.

Horrible location! Its always dirty and managers are rude, they are just getting more greedy charging more for membership with horrible , dirty, facilities and rude managers (Shelly). There are too many options around that are cheaper and better don't waste your money.

Kids Club TERRIBLE! Especially for a Super Sport. Kids will complain and cut your workout short or make going to the gym a nightmare trying to get out the door. Facility is only 6 years old and well maintained.

From one of the best gyms to the worst gymsAbsolutely no hot water or towel service. Don’t come here. Also at night anyone can go into the gym because they don’t have anyone checking you in. Used to be my favorite gym :(

Management here is 100% helpful. Very accommodating, should you have a question-concern about membership, always there to assist. Very pleased.. accessory to equipment, times and general maintenance with facility is 8-9 out 10. Great job guys
