Pretty big and well equipped. But oh lord so packed!!!!! The worst part people are socializing in there and flirting instead of working out.

Overall equipment wise it’s ok but the fact that your always walking into a no towel no toilet paper on a daily basis makes you feel as if the staff can careless and their main priority is socializing among them self’s.

Gym is constantly crowded. Barely any equipment open and weights are all over the place I spend more time searching for weights then I do working out.

People steal the 2.5's so you can't gradually increase 1RM's. You would think with the yearly fee they would supply new ones. Ever since those fees were applied, I still saw no change around the gym so I'm not sure what they're wasting it on.

Club has weights and equipment all over the floor. The staff tries to keep up but the members don't help. I see members taking 4-5 towels at a time, which makes the staff works harder.

Customer service OK!They need to keep their family restrooms in better condition and sauna room and steam room need better maintenance or cleaning they are filthy they smell and the floors are always dirty.

Un organized, people leave gym equipment laying everywhere and employees not on top of it. Dirty restroom, they dont keep their toilet paper or seat covers on stock for use, All bad. 👎 …

Awesome equipment, just not maintained well. I’ve seen protein shakes littered on the ground and the weights are scattered throughout the facility. Redlands 24 Hour Fitness on the other hand is well-maintained and I’ve never seen a dumbbell not returned to its location nor any trash on the ground. Pick up the slack Fontana, Redlands is making you look bad.

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE here !!!!! My friends who are members asked me to come down and try a free pass to see if I liked this place and then play a little pick up basketball. So I said what the heck, I will try it out. Signed in and I knew I had the get the run down of the place by a sales person. After all, that's what they have to do to get members (I get that and I have no problem with that).A young man named Sean who said he was the sales manager came out to talk to me and show me around. After taking the tour we headed back to the office area for the final sales push. I have to tell you that this guy was one of the most pushy, unprofessional, undisciplined sales people you could ever meet. Imagine all the bad sales people you have dealt with in your life, imagine the crappy used car salesmen that you have had to deal with or seen in the movies. Now multiply that times 10 and you have this knucklehead Sean I had to deal with.I questioned why the prices were higher at this gym than at the other 24 hr gyms in the area. That seemed to anger him and believe it or not, he got even more unprofessional. I told him that because I am only really interested in playing pick up ball in the gym. I was probably going to go back to one of the other 24 gyms in the area. He said that they don't have gyms. I told him yes they do, I was a member years ago and played in those gyms. He said I was wrong and picked up the phone and called the other gyms. Guess what, they said they did have basketball gyms. Just for sh#!*s and gigs I asked him if he always treats customers like liars. He said "I just did not believe you" (so I take that as a yes?).After all this, he still had the unmitigated rudeness to try to still sign me up at this gym. I said " Man, do I get the free pass or not?" He reluctantly gave it to me and I went to play ball in the gym. The 30 mins I spent with this dumb a#!* was the most excruciating 30 mins of my life.Finished playing ball and decided to go back to the sales area and saw him being a D#!k to another guy. I asked the other girls who worked there if he is always like this or is he having a bad day? They shyed away and did not come to his defense (we all know what that means).Anyway, I tried to call the main manager Eric a few times to complain about his prized sales manager but he would not take my call. OH WELL thank goodness for YELP!!!!If you have to join here because this gym is in your neighborhood, see someone other Sean. They all can't be as bad as this guy!!!!!
