My favorite between Hesperia, CA location (my home location) I definitely pick this one. More room and more machines

Love this place. Affordable, no commitment, clean facility and friendly staff. SO much better than 24 hr fitness and/ or LA fitness

This is a nice planet fitness....not too crowded and the staff are always friendly with a smile on there face. Facilities are always clean also 5 stars.

I been a long time blackcard member of planet fitness!! And go work out 2 to 3 times week... today I came to the gym and as usual a blackcard member has the privilege to use the Hydromassage for 10 minutes and 2 token for the chair massage... but today there is only 1 chair massage working and instead of two chair massage only one function well to top of it they only give one token now!!! Instead of giving more consideration for us blackcard members service getting poorer, now Im getting thought of just going to LA fitness I rather pay more but with great service/facility and consideration to its members!!! They said they are on new management!! Well you guys sucks!!!

Friendly staff. Yeah right. Tell that to the " I was hired last week" girl. If you dont know how to talk to a customer then you should work these type of jobs dealing with people. The guys are cool but this girl comes out super heavy. To bad I liked this gym. Use to come because you could come in and do your thing this girl just ruined it for me. What a shame

I've been to this location about 5 times now. I sent a complaint through their corporate website last week because the customer service needs serious improvement. Yes, it's clean, however there are a few young men that work here that know nothing about customer service. They sit ON TOP of the front counter. I've seen it multiple times now, and again just today. Manager called and apologized last week and told me he'd take care of it. Not sure that he even talked to the employees, because I'm here today and nothing seems to have changed. Asked a simple request of the young man at the counter (who was online shopping), he barely glanced over his shoulder as he responded to me... like he was irritated that I interrupted his online shopping! Wow.

This is my first time to this location, also my first time back since COVID-19 hit. Everything is very well maintained with social distancing stickers and sanitizers everywhere! The gym was not crowded and there is no way to be over crowded because they have occupancy limits. The staff was very friendly! Well be back!

Love this gym. Been coming here since it opened. Love the original staff and how well they work together and always have a positive attitude when I walk in the door. The general manager Sal was amazing and I’m sad to hear he no longer works here. He is an amazing general manager. My gym experience wouldn’t be the same with the people that work here and have worked here. Ann was an amazing employee with a smile on her face all the time. Efreen is an amazing night manager who always greets me by name when ever I come in after work in a bad mood or not. Johnathan is always happy and helping out customers. Hector is the best personal trainer I’ve seen. Natalie is always making sure the lines are not long. She always seems to make sure to meet every customers needs
