It’s New Year’s Day & I couldn’t have received anymore but only the BEST customer service from Schneider & Alejandro. With the great recommendations to starting my workout with a massage and tan, I was able to power through and reach my goals for the day all thanks to them, and this lovely location! Will keep coming back!!!

Maria is a stellar associate. She was warm, informative, gracious, and made me feel welcome. Kiki assisted her and her smile lights up the gym. They are both inclusive and every guest who walked in received the same star treatment. 5 stars for sure. I will refer all my friends!!!

This club is amazing! The management,Keith and Shauna, and their staff are uber friendly, courteous, and polite. The floor area is always clean as well as then bathrooms. I always see people cleaning.I left LA Fitness across the street after 15 years; that place is a dump compared to PF. Who cares if this place opened up after they initially promised…that’s construction for you! Glad to see this place is up and running.

I was a member of Planet Fitness before COVID-19 but stopped going due to lockdowns but today I met Justin at this location and he convinced me to rejoin and I couldn’t be happier! His personality and positivity will bring me back to this Planet Fitness gym any day!

Had a great tour of the facility from Keith! He showed me all of the equipment available and explained all the benefits of the benefits packages. No pressure to join at all. The facility is A-MAZING!! I joined the basic but will definitely be upgrading in the near future! Thanks PF Team!!

I've been having issues with my account being over charged for months and months without the issue being rectified. Finally, after dealing with staff member Trevan I feel like just maybe this will finally happen. What an awesome, efficient and guy. He totally deserves a raise and promotion because he is capable.

Went in to see the place and evaluate for membership. The gym and facilities are clean and well maintained. The environment is great and the staff is attentive. Maria gave me a comprehensive tour and made me feel right at home showing and explaining all of the amenities, various rooms, and incredible inventory of equipment. Plus, it’s in a great spot and wasn’t too crowded at 5:45pm. The best part is that dropping weight and grunting are prohibited and there is a loud alarm that sounds if anyone does that.

every time i come Lonyi is always so greet full and always asking how my day is and overall a great energy. I love it the workers hype you up like she does. workers like her make the place energetic

I’ve had the opportunity to observe “Uriel” clean the machine while working out and thought he was doing a great job. He was thorough and meticulous with his clean. I took a minute to commend him on a job well done.
