I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write about my experience at Planet Fitness on Broward Blvd. The young man at the front desk - Anthony - was so friendly and welcoming! He answered all my questions and was very helpful and knowledgable! I will be moving down to Florida this summer and plan on joining this club for sure! If you are looking to join this gym - go speak to Anthony!

I want to let the location know of how great the service at the front desk was today (4/26/2023) around noon. The staff member at the front desk got a call about a very irate customer. She explained everything to the customer so well and professional and she held her composure on this customer who was quite hostile. The staff member really explained so well what she can do for them and that she wanted to help them very much. She spent so much of her time to try and Deescalate this issue which she did do. She is a rockstar! And people like her should always be at the front desk.

I decided to drop into this location the other day and have to say this is the worst Planet Fitness I have been to. There was no one at the main desk to check me in- so after waiting I just walked in. Safety concern! The whole entire time I worked out I did not see a single person wipe down any equipment after using it. I was there for about 2 hours and I was the only person wiping down my own equipment- so clearly there are no staff members reinforcing the clean after you use policy. When I asked to use the hydro massage chairs the girl laughed at me and said “those have been out of order for months….”. Will not be returning to this location.

Very clean, as I am on the treadmill, there's a person going around wiping down all equipment. Parking is adequate but can get busy.

A LOT of treadmills, but no rowing machine. Why are there so many emtpy cleaning bottles but no filled bottles? Machines need maintenance. Needs more space between machines. Showers missing handles... this place is for the trenches!

Can't say I love this planet fitness.. Probably my least favorite out of 1s I've gone too. So small and cramped, if it's busy then it's impossible to use dumbbells because they're all gone or just too many people in the area. Also, machines are dated and not multiples of each so if 1 is taken and there's a line on it you're not getting it for 20+ minutes. And another thing plenty of people not cleaning machines after they use them. Saw 1 girl do that, but made sure to clean the machine next to it that she used right after 🤔🙄
