Smaller than most planet fitness locations I've been to. Tons of cardio equipment, but lacking/limited on weight machines.Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and were joking amongst themselves while people, myself included, were standing waiting at the front desk for help.Both hydromassage machines were "temporarily out of order" for black card members, and I didn't even see normal massage chairs like at other locations.Probably the most lacking Planet Fitness location I've been too. Not impressed at all with PF here.

Nice to see Jude (great energy) no longer works there. PF hires and seems to retain very positive, respectful and people that are kind. I wish Jude was still here. But new hire Wendy is awesome and makes my day when I see him in the am.

The towel dispensers seem to always be broken or without paper towels whenever I'm here, I relay this information to the staff and they seem bothered to replenish or fix the paper towel dispenser. One paper towel dispenser has been broken for over 2 months, they just leave it open without fixing or bothering to replace it.Update: Since this review there was been a noticeable difference. The towel dispenser that had been broken for months has been fixed, the staff proactively walks around checking the dispensers.

Had a wonderful experience today at Planet Fitness it was wonderful to have Damarys and Cameron walk us through a new membership sign up , has silver sneakers members ! We look forward to working out at the gym !

As a Black Card Member($25 mo) I put up with broken hydro tables and A/C out for 8 weeks Yesterday, after waiting 10 mins for someone to turn on the hydro table, I walked down to see the manager and asked her to put it on. I went back up to the table. It did not go on. She did nothing. They need to get better systems like an intercom to the front desk I gave up and went back to the regulator $10 mo membership. Equipment is New. Worth it for $10 a month.

I like PF because it is so affordable and they have everything I need for a complete workout. Because it is so affordable, I do not expect some options you get when you pay more. However, I would like the employees to do their part. I see 2 or 3 behind the desk doing nothing most of the time (with the exception being MARIA. If she is there, it is because everyone else is MIA.The restrooms and showers are dirty, shower curtain needs to be changed or cleaned well, one toilet in the mens room has been out of order since I started there a month ago, neither hydro massage has worked the same period, equipment is showing signs of wear and not being repaired (but Maria did tel me that new equipment is coming she believes).

Great gym! Damarys is very professional and kind...always has a smile on her face when we walk in the door...you feel like your at home..

Charged automatically monthly, no receipts ever emailed. Humans do not answer Planet Fitness Corporate phones, canceling an unwanted membership is frustrating. Manager did email after my letter to apologize.

Vincent was very helpful and assisted me with the signup process. Vincent showed me equip and was knowledgeable. Lonyi also explained patiently the different plans and most efficient way to sign up. Thanks Planet Fitness and it’s professional staff for a great experience

Such a nice, clean place and very friendly and positive environment.The staff are super awesome, too. I felt very welcomed!I finally found the gym that fits my needs and made me feel comfortable.
