Great training experience down in Ft Lauderdale at this beautiful school. Prof. Rodriguez and all his students were very welcoming, and make you feel at home. Highly recommend this amazing atmosphere.

When I first called, I already felt welcome and when I came in with my son and daughter, man did that feeling materialized. If you're looking for an amazing gym with incredible instructors and wonderful training partners- this is the gym you're looking for. You never have to worry about aggressive training partners. Everyone is really welcoming. The culture is inviting and fun. I've trained at a few different gyms through, while traveling, and I've never run into a place that gives off the same vibes as this place. They've really worked to create a place where everyone feels like they belong even when it's your first time walking through their door.

Fantastic school, even better people. Whether you are considering to start jiu-jitsu or you've trained for years, you will learn great stuff here.

I’ve been training at this gym for almost a year and a half and it’s been a transformative experience for me. This place is the best BJJ gym I’ve come across. The vibe at the school is an incredible, supportive one. The professors are all excellent teachers. The 6am class is an amazing option for working professionals. This gym has become family. Highly recommend for any BJJ practitioner!
