I have been going to Sol for over 3 years almost 3-4 days a week. Not only has it changed my body but also my mind. It is a community of positive, supportive people. You immediately feel comfortable walking into the space, the front desk girls are friendly and accommodating, the teachers kind and thoughtful. Danielle is an amazing teacher and her sculpt class and music is fire! Emily has a power Sol Power class that gives you life, it pushes you and helps you do moves you never thought you could. I can’t say enough nice things about this studio!!

Came here during my trip to FL. All I can say for sure is that everyone is as professional as they are flexible! Been doing yoga for over two years and Emily led a slow flow class that introduce me to knew poses and variations! Her instructions were clear as day. Highly recommended to drop in!

Visiting SFL and heard great things about this studio, so decided to try it out. Beautiful space - don’t let the industrial area around there fool you, it’s a great spot.Angela guided a perfect slow flow- all levels appropriate- and was she brilliant and lovely to boot!They have a smoothie bar where you can preorder before class and it’ll be waiting for you - didn’t try one, but next time…Maybe best part was the beautiful locker room - lockers , full private showers with towels and amenities. One of the nicest studios I’ve visited and topped off with staff that was just as friendly and helpful!PS- it’s also very very clean and I saw them taking great care to keep it clean after class- kudos to the owner and staff !Try it out - you won’t be disappointed !

I have been going to the YogaJoint for a long time, so I was skeptical to try them because I just moved to the area but totally was totally worth it. Another great studio with so many different options of classes and nice clean studio. It’s definitely worth a try my only complaint is I wish they had a least a trial class but besides that an awesome little spot.
