Very disappointed that I arrived 1 minute pasted the 10 am class and was told that I can’t enter the class because it was full. I find that odd when I received a text confirmation that I would be apart of the class. Which was silly and obviously a lie, when I asked how the class could be full if I received confirmation that I would be part of the class. The lady at the front desk changed her story and claimed that the reason she couldn’t let me in was because it would some how jeopardize the health and safety of the people already in the room?!?? Makes no sense but okay..

AMAZING experience <3 they have the best hot yoga class in ft Lauderdale Jude Danielle and Rosseelen are my fav teachers + the best esthetician Nina don’t miss to book a nice facial with her, she is a sweetheart and will make you feel divine and glowing for sure <3

Look no further, this studio is everything you can ask for! It is absolutely stunning, friendly welcoming staff, smoothie bar, sparkling CLEAN facilities, infrared heated studios and top notch instructors!My yoga journey is relatively new. I didn’t know what I was looking for when I originally started. And after going around to all the local studios in Fort Lauderdale, I find myself continuing to be reassured that Sol is the best.
