It’s wonderful when the instructor placed a chilled spa towel on your forehead at the end of the hot yoga which was the most relaxing moment.

Best yoga studio I've ever been to. Instructors are amazing and there are one for every type of yoga practitioner. The staff is very friendly and the place is always spotlessly clean. 100% recommended.

Loving this studio. Everyone is friendly, staff is very knowledgeable giving modifications as needed. I especially love the Gentle class with Emily. I’m a runner and this class has made a noticeable difference in my hips. Would love to see more gentle classes added especially in the evening. I personally think this studio is the best in the area, can’t get enough!!

This is my sanctuary and my happy place. I try and get to about 4-5 classes a week bc I’m totally hooked and my day feels incomplete without it. The studio is absolutely beautiful, the girls at the front are dolls and the whole place is a vibe. I’ve bounced around quite a few classes and I have to say Danielle, Nikki, Brittany and Emily are my favorites. Each instructor has a totally different energy and they all bring something unique to the practice. Love love love. I’m a lifelong customer <3

Wow !! 🧘♀️ First class -Gentle yoga with Emily was amazing. The room was warm enough to make stretching easier. Class was perfect, it was like giving yourself a body massage. I walked (glided out)“Yoga drunk” as they say…lol. P.S. The whole place is so beautiful. All white Marble with Gold fixtures!!! Amazing!
