I attend the Friday morning 8:30am class with Amy and it’s the best, for all yogi skill levels. The studio is spotless and modern. And I always feel refreshed after class.

Wow! I’ve been a student at 2 other studios in town for years. I have never learned so many new poses in a 75 minute class, as I did today! This place is incredible! The instructor was SO helpful, excited to teach, informative, I could go on. I can’t wait to come back! 🙌🏾 …

The nicest yoga studio you will ever visit! Truly yoga heaven. Absolutely spectacular setting, dynamic staff and teachers. Cold eucalyptus compresses at the end of class send you off with the ultimate yoga kiss goodbye.

It was my first time ever doing yoga , Kim Doring the instructor asked to try it and see I feel about , I’m so glad I finally did listen to her , she was AMAZING so happy I joined her class , she made me fall in love with yoga, what an amazing experience at such a beautiful yoga studio, so clean, so professional, the front desk were so friendly and sweet ! Such a great addition to the fitness community in Fort Lauderdale, there's plenty of parking and once you are inside the studio, the crew is ready to approach you and welcome you to SolYoga, I met Danielle and she is very friendly and helpful.About the class, I took Sol Sculpt with Alexis Contreras, she is very knowledgeable, nice flow, her technique challenged me and relaxed me at the same time. I'm definitely coming back for more.

Not only the most beautiful and clean studio in Ft. Lauderdale but anywhere I have been. The best quality facility and equipment. You are immediately greeted by authentic and caring staff who guide you through your experience. The teachers are beyond qualified and I love all the different types of classes. I always end with a delicious smoothie and maybe some shopping in the one of a kind boutique. Can't wait to do some accupuncture or treatment in the new rooms. SOL Yoga is truly Heaven and the best addition to our town!

This business is very intentional. I stopped by for the 4:30PM class on the opening day. It was great to see the studio staff engage with people they were familiar with. It was also good to be welcomed into this new space.Very lovely studio. If you’re looking for a modern place to practice with infrared-heated technology and amenities, this will be perfect for you.I forgot to mention that class was very good.Parking-there’s a paid lot directly across from the studio.
