I'm a older person and I feel comfortable going in and enjoying working out. The employees are very helpful. The equipment is clean and in working condition.

Monday threw Friday from 8 pm-10:30 pm it's busy you have to move around to try to use the machines you want. Saturday and Sunday nights are better ! I really wish the turned up the A/c , it gets hotter since it's packed .

Bad customer service…. Went there to take our daughter to try it out, but some guy that looks like a parrot, I think his name is Oscar, told me land my wife that she cannot go In. So I told my wife to take her as a guest but then Oscar said that my wife couldn’t because she ls not the account holder. I don’t understand because my wife is the one with the account… he had an attitude like if he didn’t want to be there or like if he had a bad day.We will cancel our membership for that reason. We’ve never had a problem anywhere else… Oscar needs to have a better attitude…Will be contacting corporate office first thing in the morning.

This rating isn't based on the management or staff. You did remodeling during the holidays. Actually it was supposed to take a couple weeks it was much much longer. I went to workout at this location for the first time in months and the leg press machine in the 30 min workout section was just destroyed and that same machine was broke down throughout 2022. There ISN'T ANY NEW EQUIPMENT in the 30 minute workout section WHY? The owners of this location NEED TO REPLACE THEOLD BROKE DOWN EQUIPMENT!! DON'T REPAIR IT BECAUSE IT BREAKS DOWN AGAIN REPLACE IT!!! WE PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE MANAGEMENT& STAFF HAVE WHAT THEY NEED FOR THEIR CLIENTS & THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT RAGGEDY EQUIPMENT!!! This location is predominantly Mexican and it looks suspect having bad equipment in there when the Saginaw & Haltom City locations. As business owners we have keep things on point for our clients & staff.
