They have very bad management and customer service.I canceled my membership but they still charged me the monthly and annual fees. I called and I went to the gym in person but they didn't refund my money.The manager I talked with him was very unprofessional and very rude and act and talk like child.

Great that they have 24 hrs now! I don't know what they are doing there but this is by far the best looking planet fitness I've been to in the area

Showers are clean every time I go in there.24 hr fitness is garbage compared to Planet Fitness.

Not a question of if but when you'll have your stuff stolen from the lockers even if its locked. Happened to me twice in one month

I am impressed with the facility. Tge equipment is new just wish they had a few different machines/ stations but it is a Planet Fitness so it's as good as its gonna get.

Very lousy customer service!I'm reducing my rating from two star to single star. In spite of sending repeated reminders to their Fremont branch, no one has got back to me. I think they are just bothered about their revenue, and that too "by hook or by crook"
