I love the cleanness and all equipments here. I have been a planet fitness member for years and have been to multiple locations bc of the black card membership. But I just had the worst gym experience here with one of the Asian female employees. (I’m an Asian girl too. Plz don’t take me wrong). I took preworkout and was ready for the gym. I drove over here and was told my membership was overdue. After standing there and trying to fix it for a couple of minutes, I asked the female employee if I could get in first and renew my membership while working out. She refused to let me in unless I fix my membership with my home gym (Oakland) or pay $20 bucks for one time pass here. She could’ve offered me to purchase a regular membership for a month for less than $10, but she refused to do so. I eventually renewed my membership after spending 30 mins outside of the gym. I appreciate how professional and helpful she is.

It's a nice gym to come and train With good machines to train on but what upsets me so much is the as schedule on the GPS Friday says 24 hours open but you take your time and drive over here and it's close they need to update there Opening hours online

Gym is great. The only reason to give 4 stars is for the fact that people tend to to use multiple machines at same time and basically both the machines are occupied and we end up waiting for them to get free.I always face this problem. Especially during the weekday I have observed this around 6.30 or 7. I also request to add more chest curls and shoulder press equipments. Apart from this the service is great it’s well cleaned and maintained, just that these little factors sometimes disrupts your workout. I humbly request staff to have some notices on these machines and let everyone know that it’s only for some interval and once done has to be cleaned and sanitized for the next user and also they people need to stop using phones especially when the sign clearly says no phones during workout which can also increase the wait time for the machines. I hope staff considers this request from me.

They clean garbage bins here in the same place you shower... completely unsanitary

Th gym is very clean and lots of great equipment. The only reason I give it 3 out of 5 stars is for convenience. It would be nice if it at least stayed open until 11pm. Other locations seem to be open a lot longer and some even 24 hours but the closing at 10 just really limits my workouts.

I've been to four Planet Fitness gyms in the Bay area and this one is probably the nicest one I've been in. They always have workers out cleaning stuff and making sure everything is in order unlike others that have employees who sit at the front desk playing with their phones while the place is a mess. They can get pretty busy and there are way too many people who sit on the machine playing with their phone instead of working out...

Just arrived here in Fremont, CA by way of Washington, DC for work. I'll be here for the next month and a half. This is a great gym.Hopefully, this will be my home when I move to the area permanently.
