This gym went from okay to almost intolerable. The air conditioner has been broken for too long. It shouldn’t take this long to fix, especially when temperatures have been in the 90s-100s. Since they have offered free membership for teens over the summer, it has become way over crowded.

Love coming here. No worries the lunk alarm isn’t used. Thankfully! The only thing is that it’s starting to get very warm and humid in that it’s been making me feel super nauseous. It is cooler outside and it’s July.

Not a bad PF location! It was clean, staff was kind, and there were plenty of cardio machines. My only complaint is that for how busy this place gets, there are only 3 Smith machines. A bunch of us were sheepishly waiting around for one to open up that eventually I gave up trying to get one. There needs to be at least 4 or 5 so more people can actually lift.

Have had a good experience here, nothing bad yet. I like the fact that it is 24hrs. The other ones closer to me but i ended up making this one my home gym. Nice staff, haven’t met anyone rude yet. Hope it stays great!

It's clean and that's important right now! There is always someone, usually two people cleaning at any time. They're not just cleaning for show either, they're really disinfecting surfaces.The machines are kept working and when one breaks, it's repaired in a couple days.It's really a judgement free Gym and I like that. I've had multiple surgeries and move slower than most. Members are kind and I like that a health food store and smooth shop are in the same mall.

This place is the only 24/7 planet fitness in Fresno. I like this place bcus it’s always clean the employees are always keeping it clean. Employees are cool and easy to get along with. It can get pretty packed during the afternoon after 5 but other than that I enjoy coming here to workout!

Super clean. Love the spa. Have machines working. Go in afternoon and never have had to wait to use equipment. Only down. No pool or special classes like in shape. But better prices. So can c why.

2.5 stars from me but could easily be 4 stars if they put some window curtains up and run their ac at a good temp to work out in. Its hot out. Im not working out indoors because i want to be hot and gross but the last 2 times i was uncomfortable. They clean well . There's lots of teenagers that are there for the free membership. The unfiltered floor to ceiling windows give the place an annoying glare when looking even vaguely at the parking lot. The parking lot is devoid of trees or any shade making it a sauna if the temp is 90s or higher

This place pics and chooses what rules to fallow, multiple people walking around jumping from machine to machine without wiping anything down but moment I grunt I get asked to bring the Intensity down. Also there’s a good portion of patrons just sitting on equipment not really doing anything been here for over and hr one person taking up a smith has literally done nothing but stare at herself In the mirror it’s cheap and 24/ hr but it’s a extremely frustrating place to work out if you take it seriously

I have been working out at this location since 2018. Glad it’s 24/7. Good staff. But special thanks to KC for her work the way she works Always welcoming, positive energy. Take care of her job really well. Been seeing her working nights. Very hard working doesn’t matter it’s, late nights or early mornings. She Always does the job, maintains the gym with the help of her coworkers. Excellent work ethic.
