The club is very clean but the staff needs to do a better job of asking people to cover their faces. They're scared of confronting the Karens and Kyles. There is a 5 foot sign when you walk in stating that face coverings are required at all times but they don't even expect their own employees to cover their faces.

It gets the job done. No free weights except for a Smith machine and dumbbells. But if you're just trying to get back into shape, or don't need free weights, try it out.

Love this location because its nice and clean but the hour isn't work for me and my friends anymore so we stopped going there, since we off work at 9 pm and we live on Shaw, so this is the only convenience spot. I hope you'll be open until atleast 11pm.

Great place to work out, nobody bothers you when working out, machines all work execpt for two, place doesn't get as packed, but you do have the app to tell you if it does, my only criticism, I wish they had a scale to weigh your weight. Other than that they are open 24/7 not other planet fitness location have them open late, other than this place. the surrounding area seems ok neighborhood as far I'm concern.

The new app has made everything a breeze. The best feature yet would have to be the occupancy tracker, it will let you know when the gym is at a certain occupancy so you will know when it too crowded or just right. Updated and clean equipment. Nice environment. The only thing that's overly tempting are the box of donuts on the back counter, but I must practice restraint!

The manager Claudia at this location is rude and inconsiderate. I called in to cancel my membership and Claudia didn't let me finish a sentence. Zero professional abilities helping customers. After calling in 3 different times over a year, sending emails and requesting cancellation various times this location still won’t assist me in making this easy. On top of this being a terrible gym the ownership and management obviously don’t care much about customer experience other than as a transactional relationship. Never will I ever use or recommend to anyone ever again. Hopefully the ownership team can take the initiative as professionals to train their Managment to actually help the customer. Claudia couldn’t have cared less about my frustrations or needs. I wonder how she would have felt were the situation was reversed? Probably never crossed her mind.
