I really enjoy the Blackstone location. Staff is super nice and are always cleaning. Employee Jessie always makes my day! Members take pride in location by always wiping down what ever they use. Great investment I've made!!

This is my favorite location to come to. I can always have a good workout here. Larry and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is always cleanly, even the restrooms. The equipment is always working or repaired fast if broken. I would recommend this gym location to my friends and family, or anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

I am polycast I'm a member of Putney fitness come here every day in Fresno California Quinn the hydropads are always turn it off always so hopefully we can get Keep the high open it's going

Well the staff is extremely good at the gym.As a blackcard member the hydromassage beds are always broken they fix them one day and may run for that day and next day it's out for the next couple of days.and I feel that if we are paying for that service we should have things working at all times. And I don't want to have to find a new location to go to again. I have 8 family members that are members there. And we love going to that location. The staff isn't the problem it's the black card hydŕomassage beds.. We don't want to leave that location..so please try to fix the problem. Thank you..

Staff are super helpful & friendly :) This location is very clean & sanitary. It makes me feel secure because it is judgement free & I can workout without being bothered unlike other locations. Becky is amazing. She is very informative and so friendly :) I feel like a lost puppy in the gym from being new, anti-social, & an introvert. But Becky makes me feel comfortable and welcomed!

Very nice gym. Clean and staff are constantly refilling sanitizing stations with paper towels and disinfectant. Most of the staff are very friendly too and greet you as you walk in and as you leave which is excellent friendly professionalism

Pretty clean gym but the guests are always so inconsiderate. There's signs that state "cell phone conversations in lobby only." Everyone talks on their phones... Really loud, like louder than the music in my headset. Even the staff walks around having cell phone conversations on their air pods. Also-people just watch shows on their phones without using headsets, so you have competing shows from everyone's personal devices. The staff never asks people to be considerate. There is a "lunk alarm" when people slam their weights... The staff never corrects this behavior either. I usually end up going to the gym on Barstow because of all this noise.

Always clean, always welcoming great atmosphere and always willing to help and answer questions. I Love It here!!!!!Thanks Devin for helping me with my issue today, you guys have the best staff around!

The bathroom /locker room was terrible smelled like urine an didn't even Wana set foot in the rest room homeless kept to them self but yes there roam or sitting on the bench. Some of the sanitizer stations were not working Towle dispenser so like who cares now. . Staff seem okay but just there more or less. . Then again it's 24 hr gym an I went at a 11 or 12 in the afternoon. . Im going to try another location next time.

This is my home gym although i workout at another location maybe twice a week out of the six days i workout. I been to several locations in Fresno/Clovis area and this one is my favorite. It is very clean and I don’t ever have to remind the staff to refill the sanitizing stations.I work out with the trainer Eric three times a week. He is fun, fair, and makes you sweat. I find myself looking forward to the torture every week. 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 He has helped a lot. He knows what he is doing. Im slowing trusting his process as he keeps reminding me to. My friends are complimenting my appearance lately so he is obviously doing a great job. I just have trust issues. But i would encourage everyone to join a class or two. It’s worth it.Staff here is the best. Best location hands down. Just needs a little adjustment on the music selections. 🤷🏽‍♀️😂🤣 But i understand you can’t please everybody. But doesn’t hurt to throw that out there. lol
