Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The gym is very clean. The members are all good about cleaning the machines after using them. The equipment is nice and easy to figure out. The circuit room is a good workout. I like this place a lot—also it’s 4 minutes from my house. Yes there’s riff raff and homeless people out in the parking lot but this isn’t the fault of Planet Fitness. This gym is better than some gyms I have joined in the past that charged two or three times as much money.

I have memberships to three gyms in Fresno-GB3, Crunch, and Planet Fitness. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, and I don’t see anyone keeping their gyms as clean as PF. Staff is regularly wiping down equipment and weights with disinfectant; and not just wiping them down, but getting inside all the tiny nooks and crannies of the equipment. I just don’t see this happening at the other gyms with which I hold memberships. Shout out to Emerson and Anza for keeping everything so clean. Keep it up, guys!!

very tight space due to machines being squeezed close together. must be a nice gym if you enjoy the breath of strangers down your neck. if you are an average sized human beware of the cardio machines, knee protection highly recommended if you decide to use them

Honestly I am such a big fan of planet fitness. I absolutely love the fact they have cleaning stations and that they're 24 hours!!!!! I also really love and enjoy the atmosphere that planet fitness offers.. I have explored many other gyms. and I don't feel quite as comfortable as I do with planet fitness!!! I have the $10 a month plan. which suits my needs. their equipment is always in good condition and cheap. I've explored other gyms and I feel like sometimes their equipment is very cheap and I feel like it's going to break. not with planet fitness though!!!...

I mostly use the treadmills here to get my cardio in because I don’t feel safe running around my neighborhood. The staff does a great job keeping the machines, locker room, and bathrooms clean. I also love that planet fitness encourages everyone to wipe down the machines after every use. It’s especially reassuring during pandemic times.

I love this gym! Tons of equipment to use. They care about cleanliness. There are a whole row of TV s you can plug earphones into the equipment and watch and listen. But you can only hear if the equipment is in use, so you can't get lazy and just watch. Very clever!

Just joined yesterday. Garrett signed me up and gave me a tour with an explanation of all the equipment and what they have to offer. Great customer service. I also met Corrine (sp)..very nice. Today I finished up my membership and met Jasmine, very nice as well. I'm looking forward to a great experience each visit. Thank you ..you made an over weight almost 60 yr old lady feel comfortable.

Great gym! I appreciate that employees are always cleaning and the place is spotless. Lack of free weights is a little disappointing, but plenty of machines and Smith racks to get the job done. Would be nice to have a water bottle station...I hate fountains and filling a bottle from them.
