The women's bathroom is absolutely disgusting! No toilet paper in ANY stall, there were underwear on the counter where the sinks are and it smelt like piss! I will never come here. You can’t even use the bathroom. There’s no toilet paper.

Kids club closed right after they opened, sauna has been closed for months with no timeline for repair, equipment and floors filthy after they fired their cleaning crew and replaced them.Whoever owns this particular location could care less about the customer experience. Oh and my favorite, the app requests a review but when you go to leave a review it errors out. This is a great example of how to ruin a brand.

Donovan was super helpful and kind throughout the gym process. After multiple bad experiences at other gyms I must say it was refreshing to have someone like him help us out with our memberships. Amazing energy and so easy to talk to, highly recommend Donovan if ur inquiring about a gym!

Customer service is terrible. The gym itself has machines out of order for months and the bathroom is frequently out of paper towels and soap. I was a member for over a year but my card on file expired so my payment didn’t go through until I updated my payment information. They gave me a $5.00 service charge and would not refund it because I paid the amount already. I felt annoyed they really wanted $5.00 from me so I cancelled my membership with them. I will be going to a gym that does not take advantage of their members.I called the next day to confirm my last day to use the gym. I wanted to know my last day to use the gym so I can plan accordingly. When I cancelled my membership the day before with Tosh he gave me a few different dates in November. I spoke to Calvin at the front desk. He was unsure of my last day to use the gym as well. I became frustrated and asked how the business does not know and asked if there is anyone there that would know. Calvin responded by saying if you cancelled yesterday then yesterday is your last day. Then he changed his answer to the end of the week. He became agitated when I said Tosh gave me a date in November and said why I didn’t say that in the first place and I could have saved a lot of trouble. I decided to drive in person to get an answer. When I arrived and asked Calvin why he was upset with me when I was trying to find out my last day to use the gym he started denying being upset and said I made a scene. Eventually the manager got involved and said my last day is October. Customer service is terrible and Calvin should not be working any customer facing related positions.

Cleanliness is questionable. They need to hire more staff to clean the whole building, not just one person for the restroom. Water pressure is weak and the lockers smell like marijuana. I'm surprised how quickly this gym has gone down in maintenance aspect. This place can be crowded due to high schoolers after 5pm so time your workout ahead of time.

Used to be good, but quality has decreased significantly. Management needs to prioritize providing WORKING machines and amenities. Sauna has been closed for multiple months, machines have been out of order for weeks and bathroom seems to be unattended to. I would much rather drive a bit further for the McKinney location.

In a word, dirty. The location has been open a year and already a significant amount of equipment is in disrepair. Everyday when I come in there is literal garbage on the ground everywhere in the free weight section. Plates, dumbells, and accessories just thrown on the ground. Most equipment not reracked so you’re not sure if anyone is using the equipment or notEdit: after 4 months, the vending machine is still broken (was broken when i signed up) and now the men’s sauna has been broken for 2+ weeks with no ETA on fixing.Live bugs in the men’s locker room is normal. Several machines cycle between being broken. A sink in the men’s locker roommhas been broken for 3+ months.

I've been going to this gym several times a week since it opened. In the beginning it was very clean, the equipment was well maintained, and the people were attentive and friendly. In the last month or so the cleanliness has decreased significantly (especially in the locker room) and several pieces of equipment have gone out of commission with varying repair times and remain unusable after a week including the sauna. The staff is still polite when they are manning the front desk but I honestly have only a handful of interactions with them anyways.

Clean gym and new equipment. Good service. Good crowd of people. The college or high school young people are there a lot after ~7 pm, so you may want to time in before or after them. It gets crowded at that time.

Every gym I go to, there’s always a readable waiver that I can review. At la fitness, you have to sign BEFORE you can read it. This is no fault of the staff, their system is made this way. WHY? LA Fitness corporate, please fix this!Michael took the time to kindly and patiently read me the whole waiver word for word although he did call me difficult. Excuse me I’m entitled to read what I sign. Five stars just for reading it to me, that was cool of him.I also found the motivational vocabulary all over the walls to be very inspirational I’m sure it never gets old to stare at those walls every day👌
