Great place to workout with excellent coaching. The coaches will help with recovery from injuries and help prevent future injury, and nutrition advise if needed.A nice friendly community to work on your own fitness journey with no judgement, just encouragement.

I highly recommend Cory at Fitness and Conditioning of Frisco for anyone looking to get in great shape. His vast knowledge, attention to detail, and coaching style are unmatched. He truly listens to your goals and puts together a personalized program to help you achieve them. Since working with him, I've been in the best shape I've been in since college. He's an expert in his field and his commitment to helping his clients is unparalleled. I couldn't be more pleased with the results I've seen and highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change.

If you’re looking for a great gym with excellent, knowledgeable coaches and a great community, FCF is it. I have been a member for about 4 years & can’t say enough good things about this gym. It is a great place for someone new to working out & just getting started or for serious competitors who want to push themselves to go further.

*Accountability *Friendships* Camaraderie *Commitment *Coaching *Confidence*Strength *Weight loss/gain *Nutrition*GoalsSimple words that resinate with how I have continued to stay loyal to FCF since 2010(ish). As we all have good & bad days, I have learned when I walk through the FCF doors I can decompress and/or energize others. The KEY to a successful workout is to always stay true to yourself, have fun, do what is best for you and leave your EGO at home!

I have now been a member for a decent amount of time, and I have to say that I really love this gym. There is a good variety of exercises - so no getting bored! What I love most of all though is the expertise. If I have injuries or limitations (I have joints with hypermobility and bad knees) - or heck - my form isn't correct... the coaches are quick to come up and correct me or give alternative exercises or modifications that I can do that will still work for the targeted muscles we are working. I really recommend them for everyone - they care about making fitness accessible to you even if you have limitations and with the best healthy form. They are the best I have found yet!

Working out with Cory at FCF has been a game changer. I've been there for 9 months and this is the first time I have had a consistent work out routine. It is focused and scales as needed to keep me focused on progressing toward my fitness goals. If you are like me and want a plan and accountability to meet your fitness goals, FCF is the place for you.

Fitness & Conditioning of Frisco is truly a gym where everyone is welcome and encouraged to be and feel the best version of themselves. I’ve been a FCF member since November 2021 and look forward to completing an effective 1 hour cardio and strength workout in a small group setting at least four days a week. Coach Diego and owner Cory are great at explaining the workout/movements, providing 1 on 1 feedback, and motivating me to try my hardest. Thank you for welcoming me into the FCF family!
