Ah, your trainers are the best. They're so good, motivating and kind but strict! Learned to love this place.

Love this gym and all the trainers. I’ve been going since December(when they opened) and have lost 24 pounds. It becomes like a family! They help you every step of the way!

I need someone telling me what to do when I work out (otherwise I won't work out very hard/smart)--I love the energy and the fast paced moves of the class. Also, because things are moving so quickly I don't worry that I'm being judged on how fast I run (or not), how much weight I can lift, etc. I also have a deep feeling of accomplishment since I wear the heart rate monitor and I know how hard I really pushed myself. OTF was built for people like me!

I love orange theory and have been going for years all over, recently enrolling my infant in school around the corner it was more convenient for me to start coming here. I prepped my morning around making it to the gym in time by dropping my child off to school 15 minutes early. I called the gym to ask what is the cut off time which is 10 minutes so I responded with okay thank you I’ve done everything I can all morning to be able to make this class so I should make It there at the exact cut off time. I arrived at exactly cut off time with the clock ticking just 1 minute past. Now in all the other orange theory gyms I’ve ever been to when you’re 15 minute late which happens a lot they still let you in, maybe because mothers know the importance other mothers put around being able to get in a work out for their sanity but in this case no I was turned away. I don’t know if this strictness is because of the trainers or the young girl at the desk but I give this gym 1 star because I’ve never once faced this issue before.

I love OrangeTheory and love the West Frisco location. The workouts are different every day with high energy and appropriate intensity. I have noticed definition in my arms and that my ability endurance has improved greatly. I stay motivated the entire hour.

I love the coaches and the friends I have made working out at OTF. The coaches motivate me to do more and work harder than I would on my own. I love group fitness classes for strength training, but it’s hard to find another class that incorporates both strength training and cardio as efficiently as OTF does!! I have improved my running and my strength far more than I ever could have on my own, and formed motivating relationships in the process.

Love Love Love this Orangetheory. I have had a few "home" studios all over the country and this one feels the most like "home". The trainers are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is large and always very clean. There are plenty of secure lockers to put your stuff while working out. There is also plenty of parking. The staff is amazing! I had to freeze my account due to medical reasons and they were more than accommodating. As soon as I am off of medical leave I will be back!Thank you guys for making this Orangetheory so welcoming!

This is my favorite Orange Theory location, and I've been to quite a few of them. The energy of the instructors is amazing, and they all make an effort to get to know you so they can encourage you during the workout. The workouts are intense, and I always leave feeling amazing! Highly recommend Orange Theory overall, and this location in particular.

Love this gym! The trainers are very personable and push you to greatness. I had missed a few weeks due to family matters and the head coach Paulette called me to check up on me... I have never had a gym care for their members as much as Orangetheory.

I have been to both Frisco locations and I have to say I absolutely LOVE this OT studio. The instructors here make an effort to learn our name so that they can help motivate each and every one of us during the workout. I feel fantastic and accomplished after every workout! The workouts yield results. The studio manager, Cheyella Strickland is amazing! She is incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience great at OT. The front desk staff has always been very supportive and accommodating as well.
