This club doesn’t get the credit it deserves. The staff does their best on their end, the gym is cleaner than most gyms, and the members are all friendly.

Friendly staff - Hayden is amazing! Gerald is very helpful! Sam gave great welcomes! Amazing space for night workouts!

Please stay away. We spent 400$ a month for trainer services. We have been in reschedule horror. They don’t have enough trainers to keep your schedule.Greg is great but Gerald is a nightmare and rude. We won’t be renewing

Horrible management. Since Sydney left, the new managements have been nothing but careless and horrible and always turning a blind eye to member request and complaints. I will give two examples:1. For the last 3 months, many members have been complaining about the lack of hot water and very scarce water pressure in the showers (men's restroom). But the management has given a blind eye. They deny and say everything is perfect. It is only causing them loss and wastage of water, as I see people running the shower for 10-15 min in vacant shower cubicles waiting for the hot water to start. This is not only a waste of time but also precious water. I hope they fix it soon.2. Every few days you will see the cushion of training machines ripped and then they conveniently place a card for next 2-3 weeks 'Out of Order'. Why have cheap cushion padding and cover in the first place? Earlier there used to be a cleaner, but since last 2 years, I do not see a cleaner every in the gym or the restrooms. They stink real bad and you can see dust bunnies and stains all around the place. Disgusting !!

The locations vary greatly! At the McKinney location the women’s bathroom is frequently completely out of toilet paper. When they do have it, it’s not put on the roll. The workout class area always has hair on the floor. I can understand some hair at the end of the day, but not balls of hair morning after morning of the first class that day. The only reason it’s more than 1 star because the workout class instructors are top notch! The instructors deserve a 5 star rating. It’s just a shame that the facility isn’t maintained.

Very bad customer service. Instructors are terrible. Do not hire them. The fitness center will charge you money to get a personal trainer but then instructors are not available. It is waste of money

Do not join this gym. The gym was fine until we needed to cancel due to moving away. We have been charged for the past year after canceling twice now (once in person and once through the mail like they suggested). They make it difficult or in our case impossible to cancel while they continue to charge your monthly dues. Golds gym all over again

This business don't deserve even one star. Had a very bad experience with the management and the corporate. They keep drawing money from our accounts without our knowledge. Manager and front desk guy at Frisco location are horrible guys, no respect, very arrogant, and adamant. Corporate people are aware of what is going on in their business but they are least bothered. Very very disappointed. Should think twice before giving access to draw money from credit cards.

ATTENTION: I strongly advise against registering at this gym. Upon signing up and providing your bank account or card number, they will start withdrawing money from your account without your knowledge. They impose hidden fees, fabricate personal trainer charges, and more. If you question them about these unauthorized withdrawals, they will claim that you unknowingly signed a membership agreement. In my experience, they took $281 from my account before I even set foot in the gym. I highly recommend staying away from them.
