Caitlyn has such a calm and peaceful energy. I felt better just walking into her space. The session was a much needed beginning step in my self-care journey. I left feeling more positive and with much more insight. I highly recommend Caitlyn!

I had a stretching, lite weightlifting class yesterday and it was wonderful...I feel it today...The class was just perfect for me..I am 62 years old and they worked with me and showed me how to get my body in better shape. I will be back. Thank you!!!!!!

What a lovely space for healing and self-care! Very pleased with my recent Reiki session, as well as a few products I've purchased here. In particular, there is a kids yoga workbook that is perfect for my kids and family time. Highly recommend!
