The managers at this facility are HORRIBLE people!!!! 3 times now I’ve tried to cancel my membership due to receiving diagnosis’s of 2 extremely painful and progressive diseases. ALL 3 times I was lied to and given different information/stories each time. Not only are they dishonest and misleading they are downright rude and nasty. They have ZERO compassion!!! I have even asked to speak to the owner and have been refused twice now. Today I was told it doesn’t matter anyways cuz he (the manager) makes all the decisions and now I have to pay over $200 to cancel, which also wasn’t ever mentioned until today.

ONCE AGAIN... HERE WE ARE...This gym is disgusting. It's pathetic. I have been at this gym 6 months and they have gone through 3 cleaning people. As of Friday, when I left the gym, there was chalk on the floor that had been there for over 2 weeks. If they aren't sweeping up the chalk (or wiping the mirrors), you have to ask yourself, what else aren't they cleaning? The dead roach was the icing on the cake, Friday.GM... What do you do? If you're not walking the gym, what are you doing all day? Have you ever even stepped foot in this gym? IMO : This is an issue with you. You're not maintaining the gym, or managing your employees. Ugh. Do something.I'm editing my review to 4 stars after speakingwith the owner. He was extremely pleasant to speak to and took no offense to my original review. It shows his dedication to customer service and retention. I appreciate him lending his ear to my concern and his guarantees that the gym maintenance efforts will be reviewed and revised in order to exceed current standards.Once they are put into practice, I will update again.I hope the owner reads this...I am a current member.I am giving this place two stars. One star for the amount of equipment. Because it's a fantastic selection. One star for Shane, who greets me every morning at 3 30, with a friendly demeanor and a smile. Now for the bad parts. It's disgusting. And, that's an understatement. I feel like the owner or general manager must never step foot in this place because if they did, it wouldn't look like this.First, the mirrors. They have looked like this for 5 weeks. They weren't even cleaned for the one year anniversary. Looking at these gross, greasy prints every day (and they are the SAME every day. Not new/different prints) tells me that not only are the mirrors not cleaned, but the equipment is probably not cleaned either. Which make me cringe. (I can not attach pics in my Google review but they are available on yelp)I don't have pictures of the squat racks, which I'm sure haven't been dusted since opening. There is hair and dust (that's right... HAIR) built up in the corners, hair all over the floor, and just particle debris everywhere. Some of it has been there for weeks, some of it remains for days, and other parts, I'm sure have not ever been cleaned. The weights that are all over the place and never re-racked properly. Which is annoying. For the lack of cleanliness in the gym area, I absolutely can not take my kids to the child care, use the aqua massage, tanning, sauna, or even the bathroom. Strictly based on the lack of ability to maintain the one tiny (squat rack) area that I use daily.I can't believe that any business owner would find this acceptable maintenance for their business. Especially a business that is considered in the "health" arena.I get it. Minimum wage employees, do minimum wage work. And, that it's always "someone else's job" to do it.What I find shocking is how people get offended when you bring this up. If you truly felt you were doing your job correctly, then there would be nothing to get offended about. Unfortunately, we are all well aware that this job is not being done correctly. ALL OF US.Why am I writing this review?1. Last week, I slipped off an oil covered bosu ball. That is faulty equipment. And, negligent maintenance of the facility.2. Today, I couldn't find bar clips. I just about lost it. Buy some f*cking weight clips. Keep them at the front desk and make us sign them in and out.3. I am beginning to wonder if there is a quality standard that must be met to keep the franchise name. I'm close to asking Crunch Corporate to do a suprise inspection. Now, why don't I just switch gyms? Because : a. I shouldn't have to!! Keeping a gym that is open to the public clean is standard industry practice. b. I hate change. c. I just might. If I don't hear from the owners, I'll contact corporate. And, go from there.(I just scrolled through the other reviews... 95% have dates 12-6 months ago).

So I actually got interviewed here twice. The manager was late to yes, MY first interview. Throughout both interviews, we were constantly interrupted. The manager went on his phone answering texts while I would answer his awkward interview questions. one of these awkward interview questions was, "If we were to hangout, what would we go do?" This is a very inappropriate question to ask to someone you are considering to hire to wipe down gym equipment. After my second interview, he simply asked me to text him... and gave me his card. very awkward, very unprofessional. I texted him later that night to tell him if there was anything I could do to help his decision to hire me any easier, to let me know. I never got a text back. I landed a job 2 weeks later somewhere else. I will never go back to this gym, and never recommend it.

Great gym! If you're an athlete looking to get to the next level I highly recommend doing private training with Tay. He's an amazing trainer that pushes you and will build a connection with you. He's responsive to your body and your personal needs and truly cares about you achieving your fitness goals as if they're his own. 10/10 experience!

My favorite gym! So clean and well maintained. Even when its busy there is enough equipment and space to feel comfortable and get a really productive workout in. Music is pretty good when u don't have your own to listen too.

Everything is new and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, the locker rooms are nice, and there are a lot of different options. Functional fitness area, 4 olympic lift platforms, classes, personal training, zumba, pretty much whatever you want. Quality gym and especially for the very affordable price!

I have been a member here for over 1 year. Tonight was super frustrating. I went to Crunch at 8:30 pm and the place was freaking packed...on a Monday night at 8:30. I have never seen so many people on cardio machines. At one point by the free weights, I had to move out of the way of another gym-goer who literally started doing arm curls right next to me and nearly bumped into me.Since I am at it, the A/C has been broken in the group fitness/yoga gym for about a month now. Also, the elliptical machine footbeds are always gross. They are not cleaned very often. The music tonight was so loud I could not listen to my own music on my own headphones. Not everyone wants to listen to awful country music, or whatever else is playing. Occasionally I like the music, but mostly I would just like to be able to at least hear my own music.I guess this is what you get for $10/month.Been seriously thinking about cancelling, my membership. I keep having to go later and later at night. When I first joined, I had the place all to myself.

Definitely a great gym. A lot of equipment to try out, pretty well kept as far as cleanliness. However like any good gym it definitely gets packed during peak hours so plan accordingly.

I'll start off by saying not all things were bad at crunch. I liked the gym equipment, very high energy, and friendly staff.Unfortunately, that wasn't my only experience at Crunch. When I signed up I was never told there would be a 60 day annual fee charged. When I saw the charge on my cc immediately I called. Zach said that in the contract it stated it and he apologized that the previous person hadn't explained that to me, but then wanted to upsell me on a personal trainer package. I felt that was super shady so I asked to cancel my membership. He said that now at least I could cancel at anytime (His direct words). When I asked to cancel my membership with Java he said that all I had to do was come in and sign a form. Today, I went into cancel my membership as I was told I could do. At first, everything seemed fine when working with Ben. As he was about to cancel my membership, Mike, the GM, came over to "help". Mike then told me that I signed up for an annual membership and that I wouldn't be able to cancel at anytime like previously stated. He said the memberships that can cancel at anytime cost $10 more per month which I told him I wasn't aware of. Now here is where the real red flag came up. Mike stated that the only way I could cancel was to come in after the 12 month membership was up and sign the cancellation form. That doesn't make sense. Why is it so hard for me to cancel my membership? The best part is I have all the phone recordings and will be sending these to the Better Business Bureau and Crunch HQ.

This is honestly a good gym that me and my girlfriend come to all the time! (I go as a guest) However I cant help but hate how much they try and up sell me on getting a membership or either upgrading to a trainer. After I politely tell them no they continuously drop the down payment and I still decline. they have done this everytime I come in and I simply just want to work out as a guest. I understand it's their job to do it but it's getting to the point where it's getting annoying.
