Best gym in Arizona. Everything is clean and the staff is very welcoming.Updated Review: still a great gym, the staff is extremely personable and incredibly welcoming, just a great environment for any type of lifter. This isn't a place where you will be judged.

Lots of things to accommodate all people here at this location . With all of the workout ins the treadmills are awesome !! Tanning and saunas and shower rooms also lockers to keep your belongings in ;) bring your own lock it you are concerned . Took me a minute to figure out the sauna you have to set the timer . All round great experience I’ll be back thanks a lot guys oh that energy drink is bomb is my new favorite no sugar !! See you soon

I was visiting from Cali and thought I would check them out while I was in town. Staff was great and extremely friendly. The gym was clean including the restroom. I wished my Crunch back home was as clean.

I have enjoyed this gym so far. I am a teacher so my work day starts pretty early. A couple of times they have not opened in time which was a little inconvenient. If there were a number we could call or a system they could implement where we would receive a notification saying the employee is running late that would be a huge time saver for those of us with limited workout time in the mornings. Other than that, like I said, I have loved this location. I have two 13 year old athletes that I will start bringing. I don't mind and completely understand the underage rule of being accompanied by an adult; regardless of their familiarity with sports or their knowledge of the weight room. It would be a legal nightmare for this establishment if something were to happen to them, whether that be with weights/weight machines or at the hands of someone I'm not acquainted with, while unattended. Great job, Crunch-Gilbert!

Childcare workers are the BEST here!!! Kensey and amber are so good with my 1 y old and actually interact with him, he loves it!

Never super busy like other gyms and the child care is always interactive and loving! They often do fun projects and crafts and our 1.5 year old lives going. Great experiences all around here at Crunch Fitness! Kainsey is the amazing one that we always see in the morning:)

Definitly a valid gym to go to, no matter what crunch. Id also like to say that Danny was excellent with everything from signing me up to explaing the gym and membership. 10/10 Employee, also loved his accent:)

I’ve been to a few other Crunch locations over the years and this is by far the best equipped and cleanest location I’ve been to.Not only do they have what every other location has, but they also have 4 power racks, a 12-person Nautilus cable station, and a full section dedicated to plate-loaded press and pull machines.Zach and Jay were very nice and helpful over my 3 day stay and I saw great care given to the regular customers they have as well.All in all, it’s an easy 5 star Crunch.

When it comes to minimum age, their terms and conditions on their website only says that anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Even though my daughter plays 2 sports, and has been cleared by her doctor, they won't let her work out with me because "she's not 14 yet". Time to look for a new gym.

The gym itself is nice. However the GM Mark is impossible to get in touch with, especially when it’s regarding a dispute for a double annual charge on my account. I addressed this with him a month ago and have yet to receive a refund or an update. All he has been able to tell me is “I’m chasing the corporate rep for you”. I specifically chose the membership that allows you to visit other Crunch gyms, however when I did so they took it upon themselves to charge the annual fee twice within 3 months. Unacceptable. And what’s even more unacceptable is after I’ve provided bank statements outlining the double charge he doesn’t respond to emails and somehow he’s never available to speak when I call. When I finally asked to speak with someone else that can possibly assist with this matter, the employee on the phone was rude and condescending saying I would have to go through the GM before speaking with anyone else. Terrible customer service terrible communication zero accountability and still no results. Overall the worst.
