This facility has all the bells and whistles. The only downside is that it's PACKED. If you hate crowds, this might not be it. It's not the facilities fault that there are so many people, but it is their responsibility to uphold their promises of amenities. For example, I have the black membership which gives me access to their massage chairs. They only have 5 of those chairs. At the lowest, I've seen maybe 100ish people in the gym. That's 20 people per chair which is ridiculous. I can't use the amenities I've paid for if they're all being used. Not to mention there is literally no parking spots at peak hours. That's insane.

Good luck trying to get your personal trainer or general membership canceled here... they'll take your money and give you the runaround afterwards. They have teenagers working the front desk that don't do anything for the majority of their shift and managers who are unapologetic when making their own mistakes. I had to block my bank card just so they could stop withdrawing my money, i've canceled my membership and personal trainer a month ago and it's "still not cancelled". I will never return to this gym and I have started telling my colleagues to avoid EOS as well.

Don’t do it you’ll regret it..! Not clean environment and when you try to cancel they give you the run around and still charge you!!

This location is the spot if like box jumps they have at least 20 box's of multiple sizes and lots of open space in the yard highly recommend. Also one of the cleanest locker rooms

I enjoy coming to this gym. My only issue is the maintenance of the women's locker room. It needs more cleaning than they provide. The shower stalls are frequently in need of cleaning and maintenance, the wet mats and floors need cleaning and something is always in need of repair like a shower stall, or bathroom stall.

Staff is very friendly. Equipment is maintained extremely well. Bathrooms are never dirty from my experience. Cleaning material for the equipment is always stocked. Other patrons are friendly and I have yet to encounter any rudeness from anyone. Very safe and comforting place to workout at.

Some of the locations are better than others not all the locations have the same equipment. This location has sauna and Jacuzzi but no punching bag the punching bags are at another location but no sauna so far at the other locationsI’ve only found one location with massage chairs.Unfortunately, no tanning beds at EOS fitnessBut most other gyms these days have them
