Showered in same stall 3 days in a row on a 7 day trial and the same garbage was in there everytime. Makes a person wonder about cleanliness everywhere else.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. I gave this location 4/5 because you can only schedule the childcare on the hr while all the classes are scheduled on the 1/2hr. So if you're like me and you take two classes back to back, don't count on being able to bring your kiddo.

I had a membership and it was pretty nice for a while last year. They still had mask mandates but whatever. I was leg pressing and my mask slipped down and an employee came over told me to pull it up. I said it slipped down and, after pulling it up, I made a joke on how it's hard to breathe while doing this. Then a female Karen they had working there went straight to 100 scolding me about how I will be responsible for shutting down the whole gym. I packed my stuff and cancelled my membership. It was absolutely unacceptable. I'll never go there again

I like this location. It is big and has plenty of equipment. Even with the parking lot full, there is plenty of equipment to do your workout without having to wait. Hot tub, separate sauna in each locker room, clean showers with plenty of hot water and they have 5 hydro massage beds to relax after a good workout.

Nice clean gym, a lot of people in the evenings but a good place to visit a few times a week.

Best gym in Phoenix, specifically this location 59th and thunderbird. There is so much to offer, spa, sauna, pool, various machines, and the workout theater that plays movies. You are missing out if you don't go.

Taylor and Nathan at this location helped me with the signing up for my gym membership. Nathan said no contracts, great! The amenities are wonderful and had a couple personal trainer session with Deionte (amazing guy) but Taylor made it seem like it was affordable with a personal trainer. Taylor does the pen method, leading your eyes when she reads the contract to you....avoiding the total obligation and doesnt give you direct responses about payments, which turned out to be a ridiculous amount. The costs came out to $559 over 6 months but for some reason I was being charged $320 in the first 30 days which is more than expected. She misled me on what the total costs were and was very reassuring even though I explained I was on a tight budget, she still proceeding to push the sale. She uses terms like biweekly payments and upgrades for this or that so its layered in your mind without exact numbers. They even charge you for using towels.Taylor has now been promoted to manager at the Olive location. They have gotten many complaints from customers about her misleading methods. They even referred to my complaint as "another Taylor situation." They reward people are confusing customers to get sales and the DM Kadeem ignores your messages when you reach out.AVOID THIS GYM AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY PERSONAL TRAINER SESSIONS. SHE USES SNEAKY TACTICS TO CONFUSE PEOPLE WHEN DISCUSSING WORKOUT PLANS. SHE WILL PROBABLY TRAIN HER EMPLOYEES TO DO THE SAME.Sadly I was referred by a friend and thought I was being taken care of. I was also exhausted from work and shouldn't have gone alone to meet them. That's on me and they did not care to resolve this issue. I cannot afford to drive across town for work, go to the gym and eat 3-4 meals a day like she recommended. They do not care about your financial situation. STAY AWAY, EOS IS TERRIBLE.

Used to be one of my favorite gyms until my boyfriend stepped on a needle in the shower near the hot tub. Brought it to the Kid who was at the desks attentions and he just blew us off. We found another and I brought it to him and he just took it and said, “oh sorry, I’ll go check it out”. We just left and never went back. Only go to the 101 and 59th now. How disgusting…. And then to not even feel like it was cared about… mehhhh. Pretty upset especially how often I push EōS on my friends and family.
