This is the 2nd time my trainer has canceled on me and I'm getting charged anyway. Last time I requested to speak with CJ I never got a call. This time I'm requesting to cancel my personal trainer contact.It's very inconvenient seeing I work and schedule 1 day a week and get canceled on. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to this location for about two months I love it and my kids love it and the staff. Deccire McMorray 🥰🥰🥰 has been so great, she is my personal trainer and she pushes me to keep going. She is very supportive and works with my schedule as a working mom. The entire staff is great they are always great motivators. I thank you guys so much!!!

I like the size of the gym, but I only wish if they take care of cleaning it more often as I can see dust and pets hair on and around many areas inside. The staff are friendly and always trying to help and they always smile at you which is wonderful.

They’re in it to take your money as easily as they can, I started a membership and soon after I canceled it because I not only live out of state now but I no longer go to that gym and come to find out it was never canceled. I’m being charged months later for a service I don’t use and they won’t refund me my money on top of it all the managers are as rude as can be and not helpful in anyway.

Child care here is a joke. They just sit at the desk. If your child is older it might work but they don't play or comfort young kids. They just expect them to go do their own thing. It should be a free service. Don't charge me to watch my kid cry for 15 minutes n then call me to pick up. If you tried bringing him a toy or directing his attention to other kids I'd consider continuing paying for this service. There is a girl that does a good job interacting with kids and when she's there we have zero issues. The days where desk girl is there I get a call everytime. Child screaming alone on the floor. Her sitting at desk. Super discouraging.

every time i go to the this gym there is so many broken Machines like today i was useing one of the Machines and the cabel go cut off so the trainer was by me i tolde him hey this is broke on me he was like go to the front and tell them lol i said no why would i do that here are pic of some if the broken ones . this is not my kind of things to post but now some one have to say somthing about .

On 19, April 2022 around 2145, I was confused how to use machines. I went to front desk for assistance staff Evald was more glad to help. Thanks for the people like him making ourselves easy so we won't like crazy in gym.

I am a slightly overweight I Senior Old lady that broke my shoulder 2 years ago which is why I joined. I love this place. Did not have to have a shoulder replacement and I've taken up belly dancing again. I feel better than I have in years

There has been multiple altercations with the front deck worker LAQUITA. Many times I have came in and scanned my barcode and she always has something to say, whether it’s something about me paying or about my guests. It’s really unprofessional the way she thinks she does her job. She argues with me and fellow customers and try’s to get her way. It’s just really frustrating trying to get a workout in and someone trying to nag me down. Other than that it’s a great gym and has a lot of phenomenal equipment.

I am highly concerned for the safety and well being of my grandfather who regularly uses this facility due to the eldlerly abuse and unfair customer service and repeated disrespectful behaviors from this location and its staff. This is unacceptable, inhumane, and inappropriate for any placebof business. I will be taking further legal actions regarding investigating the issue since all other plan of actions and point of contact has not done anything about this except ignore the problem, hang uo on me , and treated this unsafe matter as if it doesn't even exist. Specifically the employee named Anthony has crossed boundaries and forced my family member to repeatedly experienceunethical customer service and unfair service causing him to feel unsafe and fear the public to the point of never stepping out of his own home of this location and its staff. Don't come to this location and I hope the staff that does this more than once suffers from what they have done to my grandfather Over and Over again. This is not right and I will stake further action.Anonymous one
