It can get pretty busy but I almost always get a machine. People mind their business but are usually pretty cool. It's a nice environment. Staff is pretty awesome. I worked with Mallie and she is a great trainer. The front staff especially Mo is super awesome and makes you feel good walking in. I had some questions and had higher up call me back in a reasonable time frame. It's a good gym.

I love my membership at EOS fitness after a good workout and 20 minutes on the treadmill you can hit the pool area for another 20 minutes of great water exercise. I love going here after work and having the hydro massager. Reasonable price very clean and always fast and all the equipment is set up for social assistance

AMAZING!!!! Facility. Friendly and helpful staff, they take safety precautions with covid offer sanitizer bottles next to the paper towel dispensers located around the gym so you can clean the equipment before and after use. They have an indoor swimming pool one person per lane they do have a sauna although it is closed due to covid. They have a room with massage chairs. A basket ball court they offer classes and personal trainers and the awesome thing about this is they are SUPER AFFORDABLE!!!! I highly recommend EOS to anyone looking to get a gym membership!

I went to this location a few months ago. At the time the state began to open up gyms at 15% capacity. I was told everyone would wear a mask and that the gym was not at full capacity, so I made a membership. My first night at the gym it was packed and I saw alot of people take off their mask. To me it seemed like the gym was full. I guess 15% capacity means the gym being pretty busy. Also I did not want to make a membership the same day, but the employee was adamant I make the membership now. I did not feel safe at this gym during a pendemic. Going to planet fitness....

Everything you need in a gym. However why I'm upset is The gym membership tier you need to use the basketball area is not the $9.99. You have to get an upgraded membership and the problem is the basketball area is flooded with people only paying $9.99. I wish they would start regulating their own rules. I know if they did it would cut down on people sneaking in and crowding the court!!!!!! They should put a sign in machine outside the court area just like you have to sign in to use their hydro massage machines!

Horrible customer support. I was member for sometime and then the lockdown started, they kept charging and never refunded. Put my account on freeze when i requested for cancellation and randomly charged after sometime. And not they ignore my calls and keep putting me on hold. Good luck with your membership fees if you decide to join, the facility is good otherwise.

Please think about it before signing with these people. I decided to cancel my membership before the first month ended, Miguel told me I have to pay the annual fee and one monthly fee just for used the gym for a few days. I pay the entire amount, but the membership is still active with an active payment for the next month.

If im being honest, This gym is 5 out of 5, clean, practices social distancing and very positive vibe. But the billing is what kinda ruined it for me. Signed up for the $24.99 package, but had a 30-day trial. I literally went one time before having to cancel a week later due to moving out of state. Spoke to multiple employees who said because I'm within 30 days I only have to pay the monthly $25. I got an alert from my bank that's a $77 was attempted to be paid. Spoke to the workers again they assured me that nothing came through and my account is pending you cancel which their billing department has to do once they receive the cancellation request which can take 30 days. I think got to email saying the payment failed and to update my bank info before I receive late fee. I checked my account and not only did they charge me full amount but already applied the late fee bringing my balance up to $102 instead of the $24.99. Went back for third time I spoke to the manager again who said the billing Company still have not received the request yet and whatever amount is charged during that bedtime waiting for them to get it, the company would just refund the portion that I wasn't supposed to be charged. Overall the gym is amazing but the billing company I feel is trying to pull a fast one

This gym is alright, I personally workout at night and I have noticed it becoming progressively packed with more and more people.This location includes a pool, basketball court, movie theater and a separate room that hosts a variety of different exercise classes. This gym is fairly large but if you decide to workout at night, you will most likely find yourself waiting in a line to use some of the equipment near the free weight section of the gym.
