Ive been going to this gym for awhile and my first experience with the workers are rude and arrogant. So I don’t even speak to them until I had to one day about a question I had and once again rude and arrogant! Then another one this time it was a woman I thought she would be nicer and once again rude and arrogant. I just avoid them now when I come in unfortunately this one is right by my house as long as you don’t have to speak with the employees it’s a great experience. I wish they didn’t hate themselves so much and project their insecurities on others just sad.

Movie area always has the bulb get to high temp so it shuts down before you ever finish a movie, there is only 4 massage beds for premium members so you almost always are waiting to use them, the man with the short curly hair who signed me up doesn't understand no, and is condescending, he gives off major red flags, he wouldn't stop bothering my friend who was just trying to work out to try and sell him something he didn't want. Luckily I've only had to deal with him when I signed up but if my buddy didn't use this gym I would have signed up for another gym in a heart beat.If you want a clean gym with properly working equipment then join vassa fitness my sister has a membership there and it's 10x better, don't waste your time or money on this location trust me.

Up until today I really enjoyed EōS, their amenities, and the app but this evening my friend and I had a really poor experience that made me want nothing to do with this gym. We had an awful interaction with front desk employee Laquita. I have zero problems with ANY of the gym’s policies, but I do feel that as an employee it’s common sense to attempt to enforce policies while still providing good customer service. This one employee is the reason I canceled my membership, totally disappointed 😕

This is another high pressure low value shady operation. They lie and mislead you to get a membership and then they find ways to keep charging you. Month to month ends up taking several to cancel. They claim they have trainers but only after you sign up for the gym do you get the high pressure car sales presentation trying to get you to sign up for training. It’s 6 months commitment and costs more than a car payment. The equipment you might like like massage chairs is broken and there is no way to know how to use the other equipment. So it’s a room full of stuff you have to commit to 6 months of multiple times a week sessions $88 an hour) to learn how to use the stuff. It’s a very shady operation and I regret setting foot in the place. Lesson learned about gyms. Now if only they would stop charging me. But they won’t. It’s the scam of it. A legitimate business that maintained its equipment and cared about clients health would have working equipment, directions or workout plans you could grab without paying $88x8x6 for it. I feel like such a mark going in there. And I’m sure that’s their entire goal. Not to encourage you but to take your money and make you feel too ripped off to go and then keep charging you. Claiming its policy for 30 days notice. Yeah, I gave it to you. But so convenient you don’t have a record. This place is a rip off. Don’t sign up.

Iv been going to this gym for a couple years. I love it. But the last couple months its been a joke. The gym is always so packed and crowded...

I began a 30-day trial membership at this facility. When I wanted to cancel I did exactly as the contract stated and personally delivered a signed and dated cancellation letter. However even though I was told everything was fine and canceled 2 Days later they charged me for a year of membership fees which they say will not be refunded. Every time I call them I conveniently get disconnected.

This location has it all. It's one of the nicer, bigger locations (thought not the biggest). Very spacious floor plan, and has a pool, sauna, and I believe a hot tub, and recovery room. Towel service looked ample and available, I'd maybe ask for some cleaning stations centrally located, it's kind of a dead zone. All the staff was curtous and knowledgeable. Get in and muscle up for 2023!

I Know This Sounds Like A Commercial, But I Really Have Been A Member For 2-3 Years Now. I Have Been Working Out A lot Using All Of Their Equipment, They Even Have A Suana. And Their Suana Is Actually Hot, More Hot Than Most. Don’t Get Me Started On Their Selection On Equipment They Have There. There’s So Much To Choose From.So From My Experience I Have To Give Them 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ With Two Thumbs Up 👍🏼 👍🏼.The Employees The Peoples Energy Is Amazing. I Can Lose Myself In My Workouts I Progressed So Much I Went From 400 Lbs To 170 Lbs Thanks To Diet And Exercise And Support I Got From EōS Fitness. The Exercise I Did, I Did It Only At EōS. So I Give You Guys Some Credit In My Transformation I’m Grateful For That. I Highly Recommend This Location And Company All Together Keep Up The Great Work As I Keep Up With Mines.

I'm giving this an average. The gym is kept clean.Some of the equipment has been down for awhile. Staff is friendly & helpful

Not really a gym person, but when I was pregnant I needed a pool to get my exercise in. This place was okay for gym vibes. Love the workers. Chill vibes. Only compliant is the chlorine levels in the pool. I couldn't even put my head under water and my eyes still burned from the chemicals. Wish it was salt water or less chemicals. If you go before work or after 9 pm, machines are pretty open though. Love the options. I used the movie room quite a bit. Overall a good place!
