Absolutely disgusting!!! I have been going to this gym for almost 2 months now, and I noticed that the same disgusting smears of sweat and snot on the windows in the sauna, the floor is just as disgusting, in the sauna there were also termites in the wood. A putrid smell all in the sauna and the entire gym. The overall cleanliness of the gym is subpar. Doorknob’s were so gross also. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It has only been 2 months and I already canceled my membership. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

Walked into this place the day it opened around 5 years ago and was greeted by a guy named Diego. Never would have thought that day would change my life for the better. Love all the EOS locations and staff. Best fitness center in Arizona

I would have to say this place redeemed its self through Lonnie Hill. I signed up for a membership and the personal trainer program. I went through about 5 different trainers and twice was stood up. I was ready to tell them to take me out. Then I started working with Lonnie and he is amazing!!

I think Rachel is a fantastic employee. And she Makes the team absolutely fabulous and that's the reason why I come back i come back because I appreciate the good customer service. Ive seen big changed since shes been here Thumbs up to her serivce !

As my PT with Lonnie Hill is coming to an end I want to say he is a great personal trainer. He was fun and pushed me hard, thats what I wanted. I feel so much stronger and healther now. Im 66 years ols so if I can work with him anyone can!!I do have to say I am surprised at the lack of PT from the other trainers. Seems Lonnie is the only one working. After 6 month of coming to this guy 2 days a week, I never saw another trainer working with anyone. Seems Lonnie is about the best trainer there. I sure do hope they realize that and treat him well. If not, this gym will end up on the bottom of the barrel.SO I give Lonnie 5 Stars!! with out question. As for the gym, need to do better. Was better when Kadeem was there, might want to have him train the girl doing his job. Looks like she could us it. And that is coming from observation!

Most of these other reviews are on the memberships and cancellations. I'm talking about this location in particular. All other EoS fitness centers I've been to are great. But this location should be shut down. The locker room is constantly dirty. Staff don't care about who comes in the club at night. Employee is playing on his phone and not even greeting people. One of the members there is on tren (a steroid) and is actively trying to sell tren to people in the locker room. Except he calls them protein shots (laughable). If I could record I would. Bottom line go to any other location but this one. After two times of going I think I'll stop.

I’m leaving 5 stars for one Reason. Lonnie. I have been with EŌS for over a year now. I started personal training about 3 months ago. Due to lots of miscommunication and frustration, I went through two other trainers before I was placed with Lonnie. He has changed the game for me. Not only do I feel comfortable now more than ever, Lonnie has helped me the love the entire location all over again. Best PT I could ask for

They lie. They refuse to correct mistakes and want to argue with you instead of offering solutions . Ive been in customer service for 10 plus years ive never had anyone refuse to help or give a supervisor . Or that there owner isn't there and probably won't get back to you. Pay attention to what you sign . And head up its a 30 day cancelation notice . Meaning you will still be paying another payment . Even though your not using the gym and didn't want it .also child care is laughable . They are unable to sooth children under 3 and when asked if they have experienced with children the answer is no . SO DISAPPOINTED.

Great gym. Good service and great selection of equipment at all EOS gyms. Only downside is the Mesa McKellips, Glendale olive road, and Glendale north arrowhead gyms get really busy. seriously during peak time not enough room in the gym to have space to workout due to most equipment already in use. Mesa McKellips parking space is a nightmare & it gets so busy it's hard to find a parking spot during peak time. Half of the time during peak hours you can get a parking spot at that location. Only way to help north Mesa gym at mackellips would be to build another EOS gym in north or west mesa area, most likely near 101/202 freeways, even if it's over in north Tempe or south scottsdale. Hoping this will happen, there's is no EOS gyms in the area listed . This is the only EOS gym in north or central mesa. None in northwest Mesa or north Tempe or south Scottsdale area.
