Tricky tricky tricky consumer beware!!!The personal training is contractual. I had no idea especially when use words like 6month goal instead of contract. Had I known I would have never signed up. Then they send you an email of everything they can't say to your face.Deceptive language and fast talking is how they swindle an unsuspecting public. This will not help you retain customers or earn great referrals. Please buyer beware don't be had by some false statements and a persuasive pitch...So to give an update the third party company ABC is awesome and reached out to an account representative to advocate on my behalf and I can now say amends were made and a resolution was obtain. It is for this reason I put it from one to four stars. No more contract hanging over my head. Other than that the facility is nice but the pool is taking a too long to be built. The locker rooms very nice and well lit.

This EOS is very good at being like the old school "meat head" gyms, while including the fitness center style to accommodate the needs of everyone else. Only issues with this location is the lack of squat racks, and cleanliness in the bathrooms. The ratio of squat racks to members is significantly low compared to the ratio of other machines to members. There has been multiple times where the wait time for a squat rack has been 30 minutes- 1 hour, or not even having the chance to use it at all. Its understandable that waiting in a gym, especially a popular one with many members, will require you to have patience and wait. But when it comes to working out other muscles with other machines, the wait time it a lot less to none, compared to the squat racks. Also, the bathrooms (male bathroom at least) are atrocious. I have seen non-EOS cleaners at the gym before, so not sure if it's lack of maintenance from them, or if the EOS workers are lacking in maintaining the bathrooms. At times, they can be so filthy that the simple task of washing your hands can seem pointless. It makes it very hard to feel comfortable utilizing the other amenities such as the sauna, pool and showers. These two things are the only reason I give it a 1 star. Excluding the two issues, the gym is a definite 5 star. The two issues really outweigh the excellence of the gym.

This place is clean!. The staff is awesome. I had no trouble cancelling memberships that family did not want. I just had to follow the steps they told me to. I did not feel any pressure to sign up for personal training though the staff offered. I understand that that is a contract, not month to month and you must know what you're signing. As for not opening on time, that is not the staffs' fault but they are very nice when you ask them about it nicely. They explained to me that there was some problem with the city of Glendale and permits. I know of other businesses that had to delay construction in Glendale for the same reason. I love my gym!
