I’ve been an EŌS member since I’ve moved to AZ which was right before covid. Although you can tell that this location is still recovering from covid just like every business the personal trainer they hooked me is amazing and trust me I’ve been with quite a few and this man is in the top two. If you do get a personal Trainer. 1. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting and what you are paying for they were able to work with my budget. And 2 most importantly ask for my man Lonnie this man packs up what he’s talking not afraid to do the workout with you has amazing support group and practices what he preaches. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight gained muscle and endurance and even completed my first of many runs all thanks to Lonnie he is the personal trainer jewel of this location.

I love it here, the reason for 4 stars is because of the music taste. The gym should be more electrifying, not mellow and soft. The equipment is great, staff is great, but I just can’t agree with the music. Please change the music. Thank you

I have never been talked to so rudely before in my life until I talked to the "manager" anessa/Vanessa. I have been trying to find the right gym for me and since my family comes to this one I decided to give it a shot. The gentleman that was helping me informed me about a 5 day trial for $1. I signed up and went to workout. After that session I realized this gym wasn't for me; I suffer from anxiety and I learned that its too small and cluttered especially during peak. So I called today to cancel it and this "manager" was so rude, telling me the trial was for 3 days and not 5. I calm and respectfully explained to her thats not what I was told when signing up and she did not care. I asked for her name and corporates number since she wasn't able to help me and she refused both and accused me of threatening her by saying that I would take legal action when all I asked was to speak to a different manger who could better assist me. She said no-one else could assist me, that I still will be charged twice, and finished with "do you want to cancel it or not?". I had to call under a different number to get her name AND call a different location to see if their GM could help me. Im still waiting for him to call me back but for the meantime I suggest the current GM of the Olive location talk to his manager about her customer service skills, how to treat people with respect and kindness, and to make sure all representatives either know the policy or always pull it up as a reference to not give their customers misinformation. In all I am highly disappointed in the gym and its staff and will be converting my family to a different gym.

Very friendly staff. Crowded in the evening, but not super excessively. Just plan to wait your turn for some of the weight machines, especially the ones closer to the women's locker room. Smaller facility compared to the other locations but it's local and I enjoy being able to walk here after work.

I have been working out at this gym for a little while now. I have trained at a few other gyms in the past and I really like this one (51st & olive). Dennis Hill is so bright at 4am and makes you feel like a warrior. My only question is that I wish there was access to the room where they hold fitness classes. I like to use spaces like that for a lot of foot work movement and use the steps that they have in there for that as well but it is locked whenever I try to go in there.Other than that the gyms are always clean sauna is clean pool is clean the fitness area is clean except for the loose dumbbells never being put back but that is the fault of the people working out they’re not the employees.A special thank you to Dennis Hill for being inspiring so early in the morning!

Gym is nice - signed up and was talked into personal training and told if it wasn’t for me, then I could cancel it. Did it for a couple weeks but didn’t want to continue so I went to cancel it only to be told that I needed a doctors note or to move 25 miles away from an eos to be able to cancel it. Really shady business practices.

If I could give this company a zero I would! especially the Glendale location on 51st and olive because they were just bunch of scammers who pretend to help you! The people on the front desk are so unprofessional and the manager his name is Kadeem he is so unprofessional and unhelpful. They basically scammed me and he said that I signed some thing when he did not mention it and he claims that he mentioned it to me before I signed it and it was a lie when I asked for the number for his supervisor he refused to give it to me saying he doesn’t have it and he doesn’t know when he comes to the office. The lady in the front and the supposed manager Kadeem started laughing when I was trying to talk to them about my concerns they don’t care about their customers and they just care about the money that’s all! I told him that I cannot afford to pay $76 every two weeks and they said there’s nothing they can do about it besides keep going and there’s nothing he can do!

Horrible Customer service. I just got off the phone with them 2 days ago!!! And I was told my Pt was frozen. Lies!!! 84 bucks snatched from my account this morning!! I was threatened with collections from stopping payment so I guess I'm going to collections. This has been an ongoing issue..my first trainer texted me a workout..?? And they haven't been able to catch up since. Stop playing with people's money.

Will never go back to this gym again signed up for a membership with kids club membership impossible to get your child into the child care to work out never any time slots available online when you call to make a reservation and show up your reservation is never in the computer by phone not to mention I cancelled my membership beginning of this month was told to contact abc financial to cancel which i did they told me I would not be charged for kids club after 9/3 which was my cancellation date 3 charges later 150.00 worth refused to give me my money back the front staff just passes you around and tells you there’s nothing they can do when they give you miss information. WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GYM IEVER SIGNED UP FOR NEVER AGAIN!!!over drafts
