I rate gyms on cleanliness. Lockers may never have been cleaned, showers smelled... sour. I love all the equipment but I could make due with less variety at a cleaner place. In a gym cleanliness is top priority and it makes a huge difference, especially a busy one like this. I'd like to see more attention to that, till then I'm lucky to live near by. I'll just use the amenities at my house.

I love the eos locations, they usually have very friendly staff, they’re clean, and have multiple machines and equipment. But this location gets way too busy and packed. The layout of this gym is poor in my opinion. Everything is too packed in. I think it’s because they have a pool but again the layout isn’t that great. I feel like I have no room to do anything. Go to the larger locations if you don’t want to trip over anyone and actually want to get a good workout in. The staff here are very friendly though and the gym is clean as well. My only complaint is how packed it gets and the layout is just not that great.

Facility I attended was nice but my problem comes with the cancellation. I just got off the phone with Jamie form ABC financial and she has advised me that I owe $99 for non monthly payment. I was under the impression my membership was pay as you go. I ended up needing a new debit card and at the time I was not going to the gym at ALL! So I advised Jamie that when you DO NOT pay your monthly dues you CAN NOT access the gym any way so how do they accumulate monthly charges if they do not provide that service unless you pay? She said that you signed up for month to month membership. I stated I no longer want the service and that's when she hit me with I CAN NOT cancel my service until I pay and I also have a cancellation fee. WHAT!!!!! and its gonna take 30 days EXCUSE ME!!!! This is the craziest think I have heard. they lied this was not a month to month membership Its a contract membership.

Fake monkey business. The membership advertise online is very low but when you walking and ask for membership, it way beyond what you are expecting. I had a full membership here for only 1month. $70 plus per month. Before the end of the month I call for membership cancellation. They charge me more.

3.5 starsSome of the front desk staff is courteous and kind (young man with long hair) and others seem annoyed which is annoying for me. This location is dark, maybe due to lower ceilings idk but it makes it more of a grungier feel gym. The lack of cleanliness also makes that feel. There used to be a young skinny teenager that would literally run around cleaning but I haven’t seen him in a while. People do annoying things like blast their music in the sauna or lifting platforms and staff doesn’t care and people leaving their used dumb bells around is the usual here with no staff coming around to put it away. The 59 and 101 location is great, I have to drive further to get there just because they don’t have these issues imo.

I'm not a gym person but I wanted to be consistent with my wellness efforts this year. I know it gets too hot for me to exercise outside in the summer so I signed up for a membership. The gym is clean, equipment is new, staff is friendly and helpful. They have a variety of classes they offer and I'm personally enjoying the spin class (especially Syveria's spin class on Thurs-Sat!).It's affordable, close to home, well-run, and maintained. Honestly I don't know what more I could want from a gym. They're very open to implementing suggestions and making it a great experience. I didn't used to be a gym person but I might be now...

Seriously the WORST location ever. I started my membership in downtown phoenix where I was very happy with the service. Although it was a packed gym, I never had a problem getting my workout in.This location however, is ridiculous. Not only is it dirty, it is overpacked with members, and a poor layout of equipment. You are basically tripping over people to try and squeeze into the machine or free weight section. People hog equipment and will sit on their phone.I paid the most expensive membership fee and reaped no benefits. I spoke to the manager and had some credits added to my account to try and keep me there. Unfortunately that did not extend to my partner. So we will have to pay another month on hers just to close our account. They really don’t care to help you and clearly don’t care about their members or running a great gym. I’ve already switched to LA and it’s night and day compared to this place. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

I went there the other day to check out membership costs and compare to my current LA Fitness membership. They have a lot of great things to offer- I went to the location on Olive. I was helped by Misa and Anna they were very informative and answered all of my questions. The facility was clean. I like that they have a movie theater and a water bottle refill station. The pool, on the other hand, was a little bit too shallow for my liking. It's difficult to do a flip turn at full speed in 3 feet of water, not what I'm used to. Other than that the locker room was very clean the showers were too. The other nice thing is that they do have a suit mate to dry your swimming suit completely before you leave not all gyms have those although they should. I'd go back I'm not 100% convinced on Switching though. We'll see what the rest of my 7 day trial shows.

I love that it’s a 24/7 facility so I can go to the gym before work without having to be worried about it being closed or having to rush to get to the gym before they close after work. The facility is always clean. Jarred did my initial complimentary training session and he was great. Currently have Zach as my trainer and he’s great as well. From what I’ve seen all the trainers here are knowledgeable so you don’t have to worry about getting that one trainer who doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Do you like dirty crowded sweaty gyms with a terrible cancellation policy? If you said yes then boy do I have the place for you! Every squat rack is taken any time of the day and so is the leg press and guess what so are the benches. To make it better the person before you left their trash along with their back sweat since no one wipes down anything. Managers do not care and I was told they have won awards for being the cleanest EOS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
