Mountainside is a great gym! Kids care is so attentive to all children and very personable! All team members are very helpful and care about their members. Clean gym as well!

Just moved to the area and have memberships to all the major gyms. This is my favorite. Super nice, not overcrowded, and well priced. Staff is super friendly as well. Just what I need without all the extras I don’t.

LOVE MSF! I've been a member at Arrowhead for 5 yrs now - it feels like family. Everyone is super kind, supportive, and attentive. One of my favorite peeps hands down is Kelly O.! Friendly, knowledgeable, and passionately cares of the impact she has on others. Quality equipment. Very clean and well maintained gym. Very attentive to Covid-19 cleaning protocols and the other gym-goers are equally respectful. Just started partaking in the evening yoga classes as well. I cannot say enough good things! If you are looking for a new gym home - the answer is easy.

I have been going to this gym for a while now and every time I come here I always feel very welcomed. The employees here are very kind and helpful. One of the employees here Phoenix Baker is always kind enough to give advice to me when I’m working out and as someone who is a teenager it is helpful to have someone who is older and much more experienced than you to come and help you out when you are doing something wrong. I always see much more improvement on my body when I get advice from Phoenix than what I’m usually doing. Other staff employees like Unique, Matt, and Payton are also very helpful and kind they provide you with anything you need. Overall this is a very good gym and the employees are also very kind and helpful and I recommend you come here

I probably spend more time here than at my actual home, and that should say something about the quality of this gym. All their instructors and classes, are top notch, especially considering it's unlimited for $45/mo. The teachers really care about each student and put in a lot of extra time and money making sure the class is fulfilling for everyone. This should be especially noted considering they *really* don't make that much money here (like--- really). They entirely do all of it for the relationships. The equipment isn't state of the art, but it more than does the job, and you have enough room in it. The people who come here are more interested in being in their own world and doing their own thing, so you very much feel "alone" even if it's busy. Folks are generally super respectful and put things away when they're done. You're also not going to see a bunch of people making noise, on their phones, or generally being disruptive. The extra amenities are really nice (steam room, sauna). The music tends to be a bit loud and repetitive however-- so bring strong noise cancellation headphones if you plan to work out in the general gym area. Seems most do.

Mountainside fitness in general is a great place. Many of the workers such as Phoenix Baker are always happy to help with any equipment issues or any workout issues that I ever have. I transfered over to this gym because my old gym was not clean and had bad customer service, I am very glad that I chose this gym with many great workers and employees that know what they are doing like Phoenix baker as I previously mentioned. Other staff employees such as Ulses, Payton, Unique, and Matt are always helping me with getting in and out of the gym and providing me with the complementary gym equipment such as belts and rubber bands that I return once I am done using it. Overall a very clean gym, nice equipment and even better employees.

Best gym in AZ! Ton of group X classes daily, amazing instructors, staff is very nice and friendly, the gym is always clean and equipments are always working, there are people keeping everything clean and running for members. They provide free towels for the members, kids area is also the best I've seen, those of you with young kids in diapers they change them and rarely get you out of class to change their diapers unlike other gyms, so your workout isn't cut short. Last but not least their membership is cheap and affordable. Highly recommend MSF.

Great gym and the staff are very sweet! The gym is always nice and clean and never overcrowded.

Joining a fitness center doesn't get any better. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility is top quality and safe.

Spin instructor Michael Scott is amazing! You will burn a ton of calories and have a blast. Katie Marquez in the kids club is super sweet and welcoming to the kids, means a lot that she smiles thru the mask and remembers kids by name!
