Mountainside Fitness Arrowhead

Club is always clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and well trained. Love that clubs are all over town so that I can stop for a workout wherever I’m at in Phoenix area.

I love Mountainside Fitness! They have amazingly clean facilities and the most to offer when it comes to the different types of machines and equipment to meet all of your fitness needs and I LOVE that they stil have the steam rooms.

I love this gym. Great atmosphere inside, lots of room between equipment and machines, it never feels too crowded. Of this franchise, this is an excellent site. The staff is very friendly and the equipment is wiped down by every gym member after use, so, it's very clean and they keep it that way. Heck. Yes.

Guys! Please stay away from trainer in the gym name PHOENIX BAKER. He is 20 some year kid and don’t know the definition of respecting clients. I’m 47years old and he expect me do exercises like some 20 year dude and if you don’t do it, he rudely ask you to leave as if he own the facility. I hope he will realise at some point that there is reason age adds wisdom, experience and weaken your stamina a bit and anyways comparing 2 people ages apart is very dumb thing. He is nuts and bringing bad name to Mountainside gym. I have been their client since Glendale location opened and never spoke bad or complaint anyone else. Please be ware of this kid until he learns to respect.

Visiting so came here to get a month membership. Nothing was explained thank goodness I read up on it on my own. The person signing me up slid the scan card so hard it fell off the desk what kind of customer service is this. Plus for $65 the machines are super dated like if your going back into the 90s. Just horrible at this location hope the other ones are better

Sales staff were great fully explained everything including costs renewal cancellation and any fees upfront without having to ask. I have worked out at a few locations and like all there clubs staff is friendly and equipment top notch.

Really excited to be a part of the mountain side family! From signing up to working with a trainer it was been a breeze! Their communication is amazing! Thank you to Brian T. At the Arrowhead location for communicating and being flexible in working with me! Not to mention the gym is so beautiful!!! So excited!

Mountain side has a wide variety of classes at different locations. It also has very nice employees who are either personal trainers, instructors, childcare workers, front desk, and just everybody. I love how much things you can do at this gym there’s a basketball court, a bunch of machines, and many weights. Overall I love mountain side and would request people to try cycling even if you hate it the first time it’s something you grow to love!

I was a member of another corporate gym for 23 years and a group fitness instructor for the past 8 years. When I decided to retire from instructing last May , I wanted to go to a gym I was not employed at. My husband join MSF through Renew Active. I went with him to check it out and immediately fell in love. I train with Quincy who keeps me challenged and motivated. ALL the group fitness instructors are amazing (and I am very particular when it comes to group fitness). The variety and number of classes offered is unmatched. I always feel very welcomed by any staff member when I go . Keep it up!

I love going to mountainside fitness. The staff are all super professional and nice. The staff in the daycare are especially wonderful to our 11 month old little boy. He is always happy when we drop him off and when we pick him up. Of all the gyms we have been to, they are the cleanest gym by far. I always tell my family and friends about mountainside fitness.
