Absolute Recomp

Great gym! I train here almost daily and the people at the front desk always greet me in, making it feel like home. If I ever need help, I can always rely on AK! He helped me pick out my membership and updated me on things like keyfobs.

This gym is actually game changing. The owners are going to shake the industry for sure. Imagine a independent gym but its going to be the same size as a corporate gym. Insane equipment (100+ Pieces of strength alone), Atmosphere is awesome …

I’ve never found a gym quite like this place, the atmosphere here is unlike any gym I’ve worked out at. The staff knowledgeable and welcoming and create a great environment to push yourself for your goals. Would highly recommend to anybody that is ready too take the next step in their fitness journey.

If you love variety In equipment and humble ownership which leads to employee culture, this is where you should go. Truly a unique one of a kind training facility that has been very well thought out. I would say it’s more geared towards the target market that truly takes pride in the details. You will rarely visit without a welcoming handshake from the owner himself which is quite the dyeing art.

A great facility, and even better environment! The staff is very welcoming, and they make sure the gym is always kept clean. Also, they have a good playlist that they play in the gym. You definitely will not be disappointed coming to get a workout here, especially with the unique machines they have.

I recently got a membership at Absolute Recomp and all I have to say is that it’s the best gym ever. They have an upbeat environment and the workers are beyond amazing. AK was the coolest worker there. 10/10 Gym.

Great gym. Just expanded. Only gym I’ve been to around Dallas that has essentially all the equipment you need from strongman, to PL, to BB. You can’t go wrong with AR especially since other similar gyms cost $50/m and AR is only around 25-30 depending on the type.

I have been going to this gym for about a year. Great staff, great environment for growth, and a plethora of versatile gym equipment, lots of power racks. There is enough space for everyone to workout and socially distance. They are also 24 hours so as a night shift nurse I can get a decent workout in when I’m up at 4am.

Absolute Recomp is hands down one of the best gyms I have been to. The staff is awesome and friendly, the equipment is something you can’t compete with, it has everything you need and more no matter what your goal is. I love that it’s 24 hour access. It’s just an amazing gym all around!

This gym is a fantastic one. I’ve been working out for a year now in here. Feels so motivated once you enter it. I was in touch in one of its employees named AK. He’s been amazing and has helped me achieve my goal. I seriously recommend AK as the best :))
