Stay away so many hidden fees. Canceling is a nightmare and they don’t make the cancellation process clear. Have been going to Gold’s Gym ever since and the billing has been straight and forward 100x better.

New to the area. Came to the gym and purchased a day pass. I brought my 14 year old son with me. They would not allow him to be in the gym with me since he doesn’t have a school ID.We home school … he doesn’t get an ID.The manager indicated that he needed to present it to use their facilities.Your policy blows! Will not be signing up for a membership here!

Love all of the group classes offered! I really LOVE the Rebel Groove and Strength class. I see those are being replaced by Body Combat. PLEASE keep Rebel classes in place. Jaime and Kikyo are great Rebel instructors! The class is well attended. Please offer more during the evening and/or on the weekend. Thank you!

Overcrowded. I canceled my membership, but had to pay $100: $25 monthly fee, OK, but also $50 annual fee, plus $25 early cancelation fee.

The gym steals your money even when you cancel your membership. BEWARE. They will then try and pin the chargeback fees to you even though you won the dispute with your bank. The customer service representative through paramount subscription was rude and disrespectful.
