I've been working out at vasa for a while and it is way overcrowded. Also because they dont open til 5 am it forces most people to go after work. I actually was smacked in the arm by a leg press today because the equipment is spaced so close together it is hard to walk. I prefer the bike and there is never one available. It is hard to be motivated when you spend half the time working on muscles you dont need to be while waiting for the equipment you actually need. The only time you can get a decent workout is on weekends on occasion.

Staff was rude because she was tired of getting asked the same thing all day. As a handyman you have no reason to be rude to a customer because they ask something that someone else already has.

Got in a car accident right after joining, got a concussion, didn't remember I got a membership. Once I got the first charge I tried making appointments for their group classes, but they have extremely limited times for the few classes they do offer. Along with the limited times for classes, according to their website when I tried booking most of the classes, it said they didn't offer those classes at my location. Also their personal trainer prices are about $50 higher than most places. Super unreasonable price. When trying to cancel due to the fact that I'm still recovering from my car accident and they can't actually provide me the services I was paying for, I found out they were going to charge me another 67 bucks for no reason. I do feel robbed. I highly encourage any person looking for a gym to look for a gym that can deliver on what they charge you for. This is not that gym.

All over there was cool! But I think that you could be better job on the cleaning of the restrooms and showers!

I've editing my review after having been a member for almost 18 months. This Greeley location is very convenient for me, hence my membership is here. The facility is always pretty clean and members are respectful of each other. They do have a good variety of classes which are very well attended, so often a bit over full. I've begun to do my own workout, which is fine since there's a good variety of equipment and spaces. My problem is the corporate office / billing. I recently went thru cancer treatment and can not use all the features of the mid level so sought to adjust my membership to best meet my needs. When I spoke with a front desk person to decrease my membership to basic in Feb, he did it right there in front of me on the computer, but my auto billing stayed the same. When I realized this, I called the corporate office. The woman I spoke to said they had no record of the Feb event, but would change the membership as of April. My May bill was still at the higher rate! When I checked again after complaining again, it was finally decreased to the lower rate. So that's an extra $40ish out of pocket. I have not heard back yet about refunding me the overages.

Fantastic staff, sauna and steam room are great, it gets busy but the wait time for most machines is less than 10mins. Really enjoy it here.The one big thing they could fix is the cable attachments are old and worn/ missing rubber hand guards. Replacing those would go a long way with customers.

Great facilities and knowledgeable staff. Basketball court was a bit small but the competition was witty but fierce. Massage beds are relaxing and the steam room was a great temp. I went on a Friday evening so I missed the large crowds. I had a pleasant experience.

I had to pay a fee to cancel.Everything is pretty standard here, it gets crowded like other gyms, sometimes the equipment needs to be repaired, but overall not a bad gym. At $10 per month it's a good value. There's a $25 fee if you cancel within 6 months which they advertise. They don't advertise that there's a $10 fee after that. I know, $10, no big deal. Honestly I would've paid more than that willingly if they hadn't kept it a secret. I don't like hidden fees; I think it's sleazy and unjust. Common folk always take the hit.

Plenty of equipment don’t have to wait on anything! Great gym
