Very Satified with gym ever time I visit the one in Greeley. Locker room and bathrooms kept very clean as well as the cleanliness of the whole gym. Was referred to the gym by my daughter who goes frequently and also uses the child care program. I have been a member a about a month and have never had a bad experience when I go there to work out.

Love my vasa. The trainers, the staff, the management, the kidcare workers, everyone here is so awesome. The down side is not the staff but the gym goers who have zero class and zero care if they're in your way. Doesn't happen often but be warned it can. The staff is awesome though, there is plenty of equipment and room. The classes are fun, the personal and team training are beyond awesome, wonderful upbeat atmosphere! The prices are clearly laid out when I joined, I understood the contract I was joining. Just listen to pricing and understand the 6 month rule of not cancelling. I think most people's issues are with the cooperation NOT the individual gym. I love my Vasa, it's become a second home for me and my daughter loves kidcare and the women in kidcare did a fabulous job of helping her feel comfortable. I appreciate the staff here immensly and am so glad I joined! Member since April 2017. Thank you vasa on 23rd ave! I've become a new woman because of the gym!

Love this place!!! The price is incredible. The Kid Care team is great with my kids. They love going to the gym to “play with their friends”. The trainers are very knowledgeable and will cater to your specific goals. Other employees are also very knowledgeable and will help you if you need advice or help trying to work certain muscles. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that doing anything online or through the app can get complicated and lead to confusion.

Very happy with my experience at VASA. Not only are the employees friendly and helpful, but those working out are positive and encouraging. They have a nice variety of equipment and amenities. The kid care workers are wonderful with my 2 year old and it’s huge to feel she’s safe in their care. Nothing but positive things to say about this gym!

The employees are always nice, especially Chelsea and John! They always make an effort to know their guests, many by name. The facility is clean and maintained well. The other guests are typically respectful of space. I have been to one other VASA location. The Greeley location is maintained much better and the staff is more friendly compared to the other. For the price and all of the available equipment, I don't know why anyone in the area would pick a different gym.

The gym is clean and outfitted with great equipment. The staff is ALWAYS friendly! The trainers are hard working (their internship is unpaid) and delightful. But, the company behind the scenes is money hungry and deceitful. We were sold "personal training" and our account details "one on one" - yet the training sessions have never been one on one and the training is a routine predesignated for all - the only thing "personal" is the amount of weight or number of reps each person is assigned. I offered this feedback on a weekly survey. I spoke with a rep and was told someone would phone me but they never did. After four months, I tried to cancel. I phoned the corporate office today and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. The rep who finally answered told me I would not be let out of the contract. If I had my bank refuse the auto payment, I would be turned in to collections.

As of December, I would have given VASA 5 stars! But, the VASA headquarters have cut down SIGNIFICANTLY on the fitness classes, and that's my main reason for coming. …

Terrible experience with Vasa fitness. Apart from always being too full to even work out, their employees are trained to misinform their customers. Me and my brother were under the same account for a cheaper price but once we canceled there …

This company is a JOKE. I am seriously contemplating if my membership is worth it. They don't disclose anything to you. They tell you your payments are due on a certain time every month, but decide to take it weeks in advance causing …

I do not recommend this gym. This gym has been open for 4 months and half of the equipment is down and continues to be down for weeks. The pool was closed (which is main reason we enrolled in the gym). 2 months into the membership they charge a large fee for a "rate lock" There is NEVER any where to park. The staff was nice but never helpful as to when the equipment would be working again or when the pool would re-open. I brought up the cleanliness of the pool to the staff and there response was "well we don't have any control over it" and I understand that the front desk wouldn't handle this...but that is NOT the response I expected and they had no interest to help or get a manager, etc. I hoped to get a follow up and nothing. When I went to cancel, we had to pay an additional $57.00 on top of the $82.00 we pay the day before for the rate lock.
