I made a racquetball reservation over the phone and mentioned that I would have my 10 year old with me to play racquetball and Diane (very nice down to earth lady) said she would leave a note saying it was up to the counter persons discretion if my 10 year old was allowed in the court with me or not. My son and I showed up for the reservation a couple days later and Shawn was working the counter and said no. Shawn did find the note that Diane left and Shawn still declined us entering the racquetball court and mentioned that we could come back on Friday for kids night out and could play racquetball then. I really do not see the common sense in this. Shawn was rude, not professional about the situation and has no common sense.

I was charged my membership due for January by mistake. My acct is frozen due to covid issues until March 30th. I called WOW and after a lengthy conversation WOW said they would refund the dues.. i also informed my acct was hit with overdraft fee.. WOW informed me to call the Billing office to get them refund the overdraft fee. The billing company said they would not refund the overdraft fee.. So long story short i have been a member for over 10 years, i iwll be cancelling the membership, thanks WOW, I hope you buy some equipment with my over draft fee.

The staff is always upbeat and friendly. They make the gym feel like your second home. It’s always great to be able to support a locally owned family business.

I have been a member of this club since 2012. I really enjoyed the classes and thought everyone was very friendly. When asked during covid if I wanted my membership frozen I said no so that it would help the employees be able to keep getting paid. However now that my job is changed and I no longer can come to workout West we ask for a cancelation early in December and was told that we had to wait 30 days which meant my membership came out again in January.. When I called I was told nothing they could do but they would have a manager call me The manager called me told me the same thing I'm very disappointed that my membership came out again in January when we worked so hard to help employees there. Because of poor customer service I will not recommend this club. Thanks for your response to my review,at least I finally got you to talk with me. I have worked in business where I know how cancelation policies work so I know a phone call from you would have been all it would have taken. So sad that's how you run your business. A refund for January would speak highly of your concern for your members.

The best workout facility in town! Between all the employees and the management it feels like home when walking in! Plus it has a wide variety of equipment and classes to always keep workouts interesting and challenging.

We’ve been using the Kidscare at WOW since April 2021, and we have been really happy with it. Our daughter does holiday crafts, coloring, etc. on top of playing with toys and the other kids. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in to pick her up and one of the attendants is on the floor playing with the kids. They all know my daughter her by name (as does the front desk staff), and she loves it, too. I recommend WOW to everyone, especially if they have kids!

did the year commitment and regret it very much. i had been there for 4-5 years and they never bothered to remember my name. the equipment is probably as old as the gym (35 years), many of the dumbbells are broken and the basketball court is only half court. sean was also rude when i asked where a piece of equipment was. really wanted to support local business but they make it hard to want to continue to do that. the terms of the contract are also bogus because to end the contract you have to move more than 35 miles away or have an injury to only freeze the payments on your membership, definitely not worth paying $40+ a month especially bc they close everyday at 10pm and 7 on the weekends.

Not a member, but shopping for a gym at the moment. Seeing how the management responds to less than 5 star reviews makes me not want to have to deal with them on person. Also, with a member base if its size, it really strikes me as odd why they would not invest in air conditioning. This place just seems shady. With responses openly admitting to sending people to collections for balances made after cancelation and just the tone of the ultra defensive and rude replys, this place will never get my money.side note: Was looking for plan pricing on the website. They wont tell you plan rates until you give all your information. Almost as if they are hiding something.

My son did not like the daycare with one of the workers... Ashley? Besides that the gym is fine and the employees are nice. I was afraid to post because I see the manager argue with folks on here defensively. But I wanted to tell my story in case other parents went through something similar.

We absolutely love all the ladies that work in the daycare at WOW! I have 3 littles ages 2, 4, and 5 and they ABSOLUTELY love going to the gym with me! We adore Miss Jen and Miss Tracey! I feel completely comfortable leaving the kids with them! Best gym around! 💗💗💗 …
